FootballWarmed up. Then did physical training. Pushups, abdominals, back and legs. Also added some cardio between sets, running around the pitch or doing sprints for short distances.

Warmed up. We did speed competition games. Separating into groups and doing sprint competitions. Then we did some football games like football tennis and longest juggling with only the head, or only parts of our foot.

6/02/14Gym30-minute walk/run to warm up. Full body training, combining muscles, and adding some cardio between high weight sets.

7/02/14Dog walkGot up early, at 8am. My mom took me to jacaranda, were I found lord guau guys and we collected the dogs from their homes, and went for a walk. I had like 5 dogs including my own.
