Recovre trainers are Cert IV qualifi ed and are committed to professional
development to ensure current knowledge and skill base.
With over 350 staff Australia wide, our trainers bring with them a broad range
of vocational and industry experience.
Recovre’s Training and consulting services are customised dependent on our
customer requirements. Our project methodology is employed to ensure we
exceed customer expectations.
Recovre is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)*, which allows us to
provide quality-assured and nationally recognised training and qualifi cations,
as well as non-accredited programs (or a combination of both), to suit our
customer’s requirements.

1. Needs analysisTailored solutions provide optimal outcomes. We do this by listening
to you and uncovering your needs at an employee, departmental &
organisational level. By understanding your strategic plans, systems,
and validating workplace behaviour, we identify gaps & develop tailored
solutions to mitigate risk and improve employee health and productivty.
2. Consulting servicesOrganisations may need to implement new or updated systems to
align with their strategic goals. We can help complete this critical step.
Our experience shows that workplaces with systems that have been
communicated and implemented eff ectively will see far greater results
from customised training programs.
3. Training deliveryWe understand that training needs to be developed and customised with
your operational and commercial restraints in mind. We off er a range of
delivery methods and programs from full qualifi cations, skills sets and
short courses. Our nationally recognised training is based on units of
competency, aligned to the Australian Qualifi cations Framework (AQF).
Our courses are aimed at meeting an organisation’s specifi c knowledge
and skill requirements.
