Recruitment Management System SAP HCM SuccessFactors SIG is an Energy company based in Le Lignon in Switzerland with over 1,700 em- ployees. SIG needed a partner to help them choose the right recruitment manage- ment system. Having clearly understood their functional requirements, with our expert knowledge of SAP we successfully introduced them to SAP HCM which was a perfect fit for them. Consequently, SIG choose SF and selected HR Path as implementation partner. Therefore, the second part of our collaboration with SIG started as they needed a partner to offer the best SuccessFactors modules integration roadmap. They turned to us and using our knowledge of SAP products, we successfully conduct- ed a roadmap to implement step by step the modules from SAP HCM to SF. Summary:

In the first step of the project we per-formed a proof of concept between the Recruitement Module SuccessFactors versus the E-recruiting on SAP HCM. After having demonstrated that SAP HCM was the right solution for SIG we implemented the recruitment module. Finally, we performed the integration from SAP ERP ECM to SuccessFactors using the standard Integration Add-on via SAP PI/PO as the middleware.

Vendor Selection Project:

Thanks to our work with the collaboration of SIG’s teams we successfully delivered the Recruitment module and integration. Due to SIG’s extreme satisfaction with our services, they decide to extend their work with HR Path and kept them for the next step of their project which was to establish a SuccessFactors implementa-tion road map.

SuccessFactors module integration roadmap:

To continue our collaboration with SIG and help them find the best SuccessFac-tors modules integration roadmap, we started by performing an audit of the existing functional processes and com-pleted a technical architecture mapping.

Following on, we carried out a study of the benefits and drawbacks for different targeted technical environment. Finally, using the results of our analysis, we designed a Design a tailored technical roadmap for SIG to implement HR mod-ules from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors.

The results of the roadmap established by HR Path are now used for e study is used for calls for tenders to implement new SuccessFactors modules.
