Our rectangular scraper system spans one or sever-al side by side rectangular tanks. The blade scraper pushes the settled sludge, against the flow into a sludge hopper located at the inlet end of the rectangular tank.

The surface scum is moved against the flow direction to the outlet end of the tank and decanted.

• Drive unit speed and power to suit required

• Designed for rectangular tanks up to 70m in length and 20m in width.

• All submerged materials are stainless steel, GRP or protective coated GMS to ensure longevity

• All materials are locally sourced from our

approved supplier list.

• All materials are compliant with our approved quality procedures

• All structural steel work is manufactured to BSEN1090-1:2008 + A1:2011 execution class 2

• Blade scrapers are equipped with lifting mechanisms to

ensure easy and safe maintenance.

• Motor cable reel with rubber hose line.

• Rectangular scraper can be powered by electrically

powered utilising mono spiral cable drums or conductive power rails.

• System can be used on new build and for refurbishment of existing rectangular tanks.

• All electrical wiring components are included as standard.

• All electrical components are installed, tested and certified by our experienced electricians.

• Emergency stop and circuit breakers included

• All on site Health and Safety documentation is approved prior to works commencing.

• Installation, wet/dry testing and commissioning is carried out in-house by our experienced operatives.

• All products carry a guarantee.

• Maintenance packages are available to suit the Clients

requirements.
