YOUR DAY—YOUR WAY!
Red Baron Arena & Expo provides a space that allows
creativity and flexibility for your event of choice. With
endless possibilities for decorations and set up, this
facility can help you achieve your dreams—both large
and small. The expo floor can seat up to 800 people
banquet style, and offers additional features like a
25 x 14 foot video board.

DÉCOR & FACILITY POLICY
Décor is to be provided by the renter. Candle center-
pieces are acceptable, provided the candles are en-
closed by glass (i.e. votive candles, floating candles,
hurricane lamps, etc.). Please no crepe paper, rice,
glitter, or confetti.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food and beverage may be brought in by a licensed
caterer. Due to contractual rights, only Schwan’s
branded pizza and ice cream is allowed in the facility.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol can be brought in through an off-site liquor li-
cense. Liquor can also be brought in by the renter for
parties with less than 500 people. If alcohol is brought in
by the renter, it cannot be sold. See city ordinance below.
Article II. Division 1. Section 6-21.
“Except as provided by law, no person may directly or indirectly, on any pretense or
by any device, sell, barter, keep for sale, charge for possession, or otherwise dis-
pose of alcoholic beverages as part of a retail commercial transaction without hav-
ing obtained a license.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES & AMENITIES
At Red Baron Arena & Expo, you’ll have the flexibility of
tear down, an optional audio package, wireless inter-
net, and set up times available for the morning of your
event.
To reserve the space, a 50% deposit is required
along with a signed contract. All deposits are
non-refundable. Final payment is due 30 days
prior to the event date.
