EXPOSURE1. Live Audiences Views: Each Arena holds 2500+ enthusiastic fans. Participants will see and hear about your brand and receive a high quality program keepsake with your ads included. 2. Pay-Per-View Broadcast: Each Event will be Broadcast as Live Pay-Per-View through MSXN.TV and NeuLion. The MSXN Network on NeuLion serves over 1.15 million impressions each month. (more on page #5 ) 3. Network TV: Each Event will be formatted into two one hour shows and Broadcast through UFA during Prime-Time into over 80 Million Homes across several networks including ATT U-Verse, Comcast, Direct TV, ROOTS and others. Each show will feature 46 minutes of content and 14 minutes of available com-mercial spots. The shows will be produced “Evergreen” allowing the networks to re-run the show multiple times.

4. Motion Picture: Footage from each event will be used in the production of subsequent RED CANVAS motion pictures.

Steve Tornabene: Producer - Red Canvas Fight Promotions, Co-Producer Art of Submission Steven Tornabene began his career in the entertainment business in 1971, holding many di�erent positions in music, �lm and television. In 1990, he began producing commercials and music videos for several companies in the US, England and Japan. In 2002, Steven became Vice President of Production and Coordinating Producer for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). He developed and produced all live events and PPV TV broadcasts in the US and England, FOX TV show specials, countdown shows, documentary/features, and TV and radio promos. In 2006, Steven developed and produced the UFC’s �rst Spike TV �ght shows, launched the company’s DVD production department and created the Zu�a Music Publishing Company.

Ernie Reyes Jr. : PROMOTER and HOST: Ernie started his acting career at 12 years old in 1985 in the cult classic Berry Gordy’s“The Last Dragon” and as Prince Tam in Schwarzenegger’s “Red Sonja.” His popularity as America’s youngest action hero blossomed when he became the lead human in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II, The Secret of the Ooze. Adams JD, LLM: Television Distribution and LicensingAs President and Managing Director for Brawl Call LLC and United Fight Alliance, Corinne is in charge of Business and Legal A�airs for these sports, entertainment and multi-media companies. Corinne is an experienced attorney and executive and in her role as In-House Counsel, she is responsible for drafting and negotiating partnership, licensing, distribution and general business agreements. She also oversees risk management, due diligence and general operational activity. Adam Boster: President - Boster Castle & Photo-Kicks East Producer / Director / Editor and Music Supervisor - Art of SubmissionAdam has worked in all aspects of the �lm making process for over 20 years. He created his own �lms, worked on Missouri based commercial productions and movie sets for ABC, Disney, Stephen King, Hallmark Hall of Fame, Glenn Close, and Christopher Walken. Cory has been involved with the community coaching soccer teams, co-chairing the Martial Arts program for the Inner City Youth Games, raising money for Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation & being on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, just to name a few. Cory graduated from the State University of New York at Farmingdale with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Holding titles of 7th Degree Master, 6th Degree Black Belt in Karate, 5th Degree with ATA, Jui Jitsu, & Judo.
