The evening was a wonderful celebration. I congratulate all year 6 students on their amazing achievements. I am extremely proud of all of our year 6 students. Today, all students enjoyed class parties before moving into their 2019 grades for a brief session with their new teacher. Term 4 officially ends this Friday at 1.30p.m. Parents are asked to be punctual collecting their children. School Concert: Mondays concert was fantastic. Weather conditions were perfect. I was thrilled with each classesperformance on stage. Sincere thanks to Karen Willcock for doing a magnificent job as concert choreographer—again. The 2019 Student Leaders were announced on the night. On behalf of all at Red Cliffs Primary I congratulate the following students: School Captains - Mia Martin and Shaquille Swift Junior School Council President - Darcy Stonehouse House Captains—Rubie Holmes, Brocklyn Munro, Hannah Knight, William Schreiber, Holli Bolitho, Harry Nagle, Iona Brolese and Shaun Collins. The Rotary Club Encouragement Award winners were also announced. Congratulations to Aidan Collins and Mia Martin. The winner of the Lever/Jary Award was Lucy Sharp. Merry Christmas: As usual at this time of year I take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff at Red Cliffs Primary for their hard work, enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication throughout the year. I again sincerely thank all School Council and ParentsClub members for their fantastic commitment and dedication to the school. Thanks also to all parents who have helped in any way this year. Merry Christmas everyone! Have a fantastic, safe and enjoyable holiday. I will see you all in 2019. Principal’s Report: Year 6 Graduation: 35 grade 6 students, parents and staff attended the 2018 Grade 6 Graduation ceremony last night. The evening was a wonderful celebration. I congratulate all year 6 students on their amazing achievements. I am extremely proud of all of our year 6 students.

Parent Club News: A big thank you to all who supported our Christmas Hamper raffle. In the end we were able to provide 6 prizes. We made a great profit of $465.00. The winners of the raffle were announced at Monday’s school concert. Congratulations to our winners! Thank you to all our wonder parent helper s who assisted throughout the year. Your support to our school is invaluable. Picture Plates - The picture plates are in the post and we are hopeful that they will arrive and be distributed on Friday.

Grade 6 Gift to the School: The 2018 Grade 6 students formally presented their gift to the school at Monday’s assembly. The new banners proudly display our school values—Respect, Honesty, Responsibility and Expectations. Well done kids!

Aussie of the Month: Congratulations to Adam Collins - Red Cliffs Primary School’s final Aussie of the Month for 2018. Adam is a wonderful role model in the classroom and in the yard. He is a friend to all. Adam always applies his best effort to everything he does. Well done Adam!
