● Tried to find a safe way to train ALL students

○ Allows for consistent language within program
○ Easy plug and play as students progress
○ Eliminate stigmas attached to movements by sport
coaches

● Started with split lower/upper program
○ 3x12/3x10 scheme
○ Once technical failure was reached, set was finished
● Transitioned to Tier System
○ “How do we bridge Block Zero to Tier?”

● Started 1x20 programming this fall with great results
○ Emphasises movement quality over numbers
● Frequency of movements allows for better motor control
● Meets students where they are
● Allows students to monitor growth continuously

● New facility will allow for 7th & 8th S&C Classes
