Welcome to the last newsletter for term 1 2019! Firstly, congratulations to the students and their families for the fantastic fundraising efforts we have been part of over the last two weeks. Together we have raised a total of $45 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter and a total of $35 for Epilepsy. Over the past two weeks, we have had several exciting educational events for our students. The girls in stage 3 also enjoyed the Girls Rock day where they learnt about pride, self-esteem and celebrating their successes and achievements. In the final two weeks of term 1 we also have several events planned. Life Education Van will be visiting RRPS on 29th March. We will be hosting the small schools cross country at Red Range on the 3rd of April. We will be attending the Celtic Festival dress rehearsal on Friday 5th April and in the final week will have a Disco on Monday the 8th April, Rewards Day on Wednesday the 10th of April and the Easter Hat Parade and Assembly on Thursday 11th April. Please keep an eye out for notes about these events. Updates will also be posted on our Facebook page. As this is the last newsletter for the term I would like to wish all our families a safe and relaxing holiday. School resumes for students on Tuesday 30th April.
