Walther Westcott, former chairman of The Royal Jersey Laundry, set about finding a niche for his company
in the 1960s by providing a top class service to the five star hotels of London.
Now, on the site of what became one of the countries largest group of laundries, Higgins Homes are
building a new and secluded mews of detached and semi-detached family houses, that find their own niche
by neatly responding to their surroundings.

New houses are few and far between in Redbridge.
In an archetypal London suburb, Royal jersey Place presents a stand-out opportunity that fits right in to the neighbourhood; classic elevations of brick, tile and crisp white render give the houses a true sense of belonging.

The internal layouts of the houses are designed to be instantly familiar and workable, as well as displaying a

and media in various local venues.
Royal jersey Place is in the catchment area for the high-achieveing beal School, while Clayhall Park and
Wanstead Park are both within walking distance.
Redbridge has a good selection of local shops and places to eat, and the major retail centre at Ilford
is less than 2 miles away. Westfield Stratford City, Europe’s largest urban shopping complex, is
