To enable cosmetic companies to make creamy, rich formulations thatdeliver long-lasting effects without the use of sulfates, silicone or ethyleneoxide, our Performance Products division has created “free-from”formulations based on sustainable,naturally derived materials.

“Free-from” formulations for cosmeticsHuntsman’s Polyurethanes divisionincorporates pre-consumer, post-consumer and renewable materials into its TEROL® aromatic polyester polyol line, reducing the need for virginmaterials and shrinking our carbonfootprint. TEROL® products recycle theequivalent of one billion 500ml plasticbottles yearly, saving both energy andlandfill resources.

Our MDI-based polyurethanes are used in an extensive range of applications and marketsectors, providing key benefits of energy efficiency, comfort and well-being.

Our insulation products conserve energy in housing and commercial properties, and play a critical role in the food supply chain – keeping products at the right temperature in refrigeratedvehicles, chiller cabinets and refrigerators. We provide comfort and well-being in automotiveseating, furniture, bedding and footwear. Our adhesive products, coatings and elastomers areused extensively throughout consumer and industrial applications.
