Workouts are focused on enhancing technique and fitness in a supportive atmosphere. Swimmers will work with a KSA swim coach to achieve their personal goals, whether that’s improving technique, building endurance and fitness, preparing for competition, or setting a new personal record. Workouts are 60 minutes in length.
