REF: 136e/2017/SepP5 SA2 18 September 2017 Dear Parent/Guardian, RE: PRIMARY 5 SEMESTRAL ASSESSMENT (TERM 4) Kindly receive the information for Semestral Assessment in term 4 and the examination timetable. Please note that P2-6 students will not be able to retake all Semestral Assessment papers, including oral, composition and listening comprehension. Students who are absent during the examination day/s need to produce a medical certificate or any relevant supporting documents in order to be given a VR (Valid Reason). No letters of excuse from parents/ guardians will be accepted. If a student sits for less than 60% of any language paper, a VR will be recorded in the report book. If a student is absent for some components of any language paper, not exceeding 60% of the total marks for the paper, the total marks will be pro-rated.

Marks for all language components, together with the scripts, will be released. We hope that this will provide a better understanding of your childs/wards performance.

Please refer to the Term 4 Calendar of Events (REF: 134/2017/Term 4 Calendar of Events) for the dismissal timings during the examination days.
