FALL REGIONAL CONFERENCE
November 4–6, 2016----------------------------------
Norfolk Waterside Marriott HotelNorfolk, VA
The Fall Regional Conference (FRC) is Region II’s largest event of the year. The conference allows the Regional Executive Board to develop our membership in accordance with our regional directives. We plan to implement programming to help strengthen our memberships’ familial and community support systems, combat career indirection and uncertainty, bridge academic divides, and forge solid financial strategies. If we aid our membership with overcoming the obstacles to their success, the quality of our membership will continue to improve.
FRC provides your corporation with the opportunity to promote your organization and highlight the opportunities that are available to the largest body of Region II’s membership. The career fair is one of the major focuses of this conference. We offer a wide variety of recruitment packages to help you meet your recruitment and diversity goals.

PARTNERSHIP POLICY
To achieve maximum exposure and to receive full sponsorship benefi ts, we recommend that organizations reserve sponsorships as early as possible, but at least eight weeks before the event. This allows suffi cient time to place necessary orders, create signage and to include sponsorship information in the offi cial agenda and/or the mobile app. Please note that NSBE will make every attempt to provide full recognition on sponsorships confi rmed less than six weeks before the event, however, some benefi ts may no longer be available.

Cancellations received between September 17 and October 14, 2016 will receive a refund less a fi fty percent (50%) cancellation fee. Refunds will NOT be issued for “no shows” or for cancellations received after October 14, 2016, and the exhibiting or sponsoring company will be responsible for the entire fee for the sponsorship and/or the exhibit space reserved.
