Who’s in charge?
Aims of the Program
• To support democratic and free-market transformation in the chosen countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, mainly by sharing Polish experience in this sphere.
• To contribute to educating new leaders as well as social, intellectual and economic elites, prepared for and capable of working for the benefit of democracy, free market economy and civil society.
• To promote the idea of international cooperation, intercultural dialogue and ethical standards in cross-border cooperation.
Countries covered
Grant-making competition• Open CfP for Polish NGOs operating in close
partnership with NGOs, local government units, universities, other institutions from the countries covered by the Program.
• Open regularly twice a year – deadlines: mid-March & mid-October
• On-line application & grant management
• Up to 40.000 PLN per grant
• 20-23 grants per 1 edition of the competition

• Travel grants for grantees of the RITA and STP Programs
• Grant reserve• Matching funds to bigger projects

• International workshops fostering school cooperation
