beautiful night of all you can eat crabs at Dockside

First Title Group. Their group filled the entire back

room and enjoyed what Maryland is known for, large,

meaty crabs.

You could hear the excitement through the conversations and smiles from EXIT family attendees as they took time

out of their busy real estate careers to celebrate an evening together outside of the office.

EXIT Results Is Learning with Brian Buffini

On April 4th, EXIT Results Realty, started a 12-week training

program, Brian Buffini’s Peak Producers. This comprehensive

sales training program has been designed to teach their agents

the habits, attitude and skills to be a peak producer. In just 12

weeks their agents should be able to generate more leads, close

more transactions, see a more profitable income, and operate

their business at a peak state.

Throughout the 12 week training their agents will provide

accountability for their action steps assigned weekly, review

results with the group, encourage their accountability partners,

and participate in small group exercises.

They are excited that Crystal Brumwell, David Buchman, Gene

Cutter, Joe French, Lordes Lopez, Deb McPherson and Taylor

Teodosio are enrolled in their 2nd quarter class. Within the first

3 weeks of class, through their efforts in creating, segmenting

and systematically prospecting their databases, they have already generated 8

new referrals!

Mary Eldridge, EXIT By The Bay Realty, Friday, February 5, 2016: "Today my grand daughter is spending the day with me at the

office! She is having fun and feels very important. Lucky for me we are having an office Bowling Adventure!

I have her with me because today is the day her mother, my daughter, is getting a port! Instead of getting PICC lines, this will

permanently reside under her skin and be accessible for antibiotics when needed. This is a huge step to improve her life. Thoughts and

prayers for her would be appreciated. And... what else can you do?
