Registering for a Course in ALMS

1. Log into ALMS (https://www.lms.army.mil)• If you have not logged in since 18-NOV you

will need to view a 12-minute video, a requirement of ALMS

2. Select Search from the left-hand navigation3. Enter the course name/keyword in the Search

field4. Identify the course from the list that is

returned5. Click the Begin Registration link. You will be

taken to a new screen6. Click Complete Registration7. Select the Launch Content link to run the

course once registered

Navigating to Training Work Around

If you have received a “Processing . . . Please Wait” message you can still access training through these steps:

1. Click Lesson Level Learning from the navigation on the left.2. Navigate to the Course or Certification that you want and Click View

Modules. In the image above you will note it states “Hide Modules” because it has already been selected.

3. Click View Learning Elements once it populates on screen. Again, in the image above it has already been selected.

4. Select the topic you want, once it populates on screen and then Click View Learning Assignments.

5. Click Launch. A new window will open and begin the web-based training.
