Join St. Michael’s Hospital and its partner, the University of Toronto, for the first Chinese Symposium of Thrombosis and Haemostasis in association with the ISTH 2015 Congress. This exciting one day event, endorsed by the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH), will provide participants with an opportunity to learn more about ongoing research in mechanisms, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of thrombotic and bleeding disorders.

Who will attend?Scientists, students, researchers, health-care providers, and educators are invited to attend. In particular, leading researchers and clinicians in China as well as leading researchers and clinicians of Chinese descent living and working in some of the most well-known research institutions and clinics in the world will be attending. This symposium is open to all industry organizations; and those interested in thrombosis and haemostasis will be attending.

PACKET ADVERTISER Packet advertising (stuffers) is a simple way to gain visibility. Items must be delivered to the Office of Research Administration, St. Michael’s Hospital by May 14. Pens, key chains, brochures, business cards are all good ideas. Cost to place 250 pieces is $500.

Payment Information:

Upon receiving the Sponsorship Application Form, Annie Lok (loky@smh.ca) will be in touch regarding the payment process and next steps in sponsorship.

Changes to Program: Although great care has been taken in preparing and updating the meeting program, the organizers cannot be held responsible or accept any liability for inaccuracies or omissions and cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss or costs resulting from the compiled information.

Cancellations: Once a payment is submitted for sponsorship no refunds will be given. Any exhibitor registered for a show and does not attend will be charged in full for the show and related expenses.

SECURITY: The Organizer does not assume any responsibility for losses incurred from pilferage or any other causes. Exhibitors should take all possible precautions to protect their own property. Do not leave small items such as briefcases, calculators, cameras, laptop computers and cellular phones in unattended booths.

SALES PROMOTION ACTIVITY: Exhibitors must restrict their sales promotion activities to the confines of their exhibit booth(s) and such activities must not interfere with or offend any other Exhibitor or visitor. An Exhibitor desiring to hold a prize draw may name the draw at their booth and either contact the winner after the show or provide the prize and details to the Organizer for distribution. Distribution of promotional give-aways and product samples in a dignified fashion is permitted provided there is no interference with other exhibits and that the promotional give-aways and product or samples pertain to or contribute to the exhibits. The Organizer may withhold or withdraw permission distribute give-aways and samples, advertising or other material considered objectionable. Consideration of samples and draws may add interactivity to your booth.

Failure or refusal, by an offending Exhibitor, to respond to a request made by the Organizer in this regard, will make the Exhibitor and exhibit liable for removal from the show.
