Bank transfers– transfer fees both ways (sender & receiver) are at the expense of the sender. All fees are quoted in and should be paid in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services tax (GST) (1.4 AUD ≈ € 1 approximately)

Accommodation: Types of rooms available.Boys Boarding school has single rooms with 2 rooms sharing a bathroom and 2 twin rooms sharing a bathroom.Girls boarding houses have 1 twin and 2 single rooms all sharing a bathroom.Note: In the Girls boarding houses all showers are over the bath. Full accommodation includes all meals (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner). Day student includes course, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.All dietary requirements will be catered for.A cash bar will be available for anyone wishing to have wine, beer or spirits with their evening meal.

CANCELLATIONSCancellations must be sent in written form to the Congress Secretary at the address below.Cancellations received prior to 2 June 2014 will receive a full refund less AUD $110 administration fee. No Refund is possible for cancellations after 2 June 2014. Registrations are transferable to another member/non-member at any time prior to the congress, provided the congress Secretariat is advised in writing.
