The most successful college hockey program
in the Grand Rapids area.
Over the past twelve years, former Head Coach and current Athletic Director Paul Lowden has built an impressive Athletic Program at Davenport Universi-ty, starting with Hockey and Women’s Basketball in 2002-03. With an overall hockey record thru 2010-11 of 308-81-13, the Davenport University Hockey Program have had tremendous success:
• ACHA DI National Tournament Berth in 2011
• 2011 ACHA D1 National Champions
• GMHL Conference League & Playoff Champions (2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-2009)
• ACHA DII National Tournament Berth (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010)
• 2006 ACHA DII National Tournament Championship - Final Four
• 2007 ACHA DII National Tournament Championship - Runner-Up
• 2008, 2009 & 2010 ACHA DII National Champions
• Addition of ACHA DIII Hockey Team in 2008
• Addition of ACHA DI Women’s Hockey 2013
The success of Davenport University Hockey is built on a philosophy of striving for excellence in three key areas – classroom, competition and community. Our coaching staff is committed to providing this level of integrity and success to the Davenport Uni-versity Summer Hockey Camp. We believe through consistent repetition of successful training, within an environment with positive reinforcement, any player at any level will achieve optimal results and enjoyment at our hockey camp. We look forward to having a very productive summer with you and your players!

Summer Hockey Camp Registration will be handled by the Grand Rapids Amateur Hockey Association (GRAHA). GRAHA is a 501c(3) Charitable, Non-profi t Youth Hockey Organization, Founded and Operating Since 1972. Completed registration forms and deposits are due no later than May 31,2014. If camp is full, you will be notifi ed and put on waiting list.
