HTP (Peace) and DUA (Blessings)! On behalf of the Sema Institute of Yoga, Temple of Aset, Sebai Maa, Seba Dja, and the
Kemet Mystic Tours organizing committee, we would like to extend a formal welcome to
you for your anticipated participation at the 2019, 3 trips in 1 Spiritual Pilgrimage to
Kemet (Egypt, KMT). Within this/these pages, you will find answers to frequently asked
questions about the trip. After reading it in its entirety, you will download, print out and
fill out the last page, and scan it and return it to us, along with a scanned copy of your
passport. The Webinar also contains many Trip Details & the Itinerary and should also be
viewed. Also you should read the Payment and Payment Options Document. If after

PROGRAM
This tour to Kemet is unique because it offers 3 trips in 1. In addition to seeing major
Temple Sites: Abu Simbel, Aswan Aset (Isis) Temple, Edfu Heru (Horus) Temple,
Kom Ombo, Giza Pyramids & Sphinx (Hor M Akhet), Sakkara, Karnak Temple,
Luxor Temple, Dendera Hetheru (Hathor) Temple as most tourists do, we will have a 4
Day & 5 Nights Nile (Hapi) Cruise where we will enjoy the Flow of the Life Force
Energy of the Nile as it relates to our own flow of the Life Force Energy to raise our
consciousness. We will have extended times as compared to other tours, at several sites.
We will also have the opportunity to visit and have extended private time in the Ancient
city of Abdu, the city of Asar (Osiris). Many travelers know that it is not easy to make
cultural and spiritual observances when in Egypt as these may offend the current residents.
However, Seba Dja (Dr. Karen Ashby) has arranged a special segment of the trip, a 3 ½
day Initiation-level Immersive Study based on the Temple of Asar (Osiris), with Study of
a special “Temple Narrative” re-discovered by Dr Muata Ashby. This Narrative leads us
on an Initiation-type journey as we move through the Temple, from beginning Initiate-
level Ma’at (Ethical conduct) studies, culminating in the Temple room of Spiritual
Enlightenment. We will also visit the Rameses Temple in Abdu, and the Osirion Temple.
We will have a special focus on the Ancient Serpent
Power Yoga System (Arat Sekhem, similar to Kundalini
Yoga) Goddesses, to RAISE our Spiritual Consciousness
EM HETEP (In Peace) throughout this trip. This relates
to the serpent on the forehead that is ubiquitous in
Kemetic iconography, and relates to the Goddesses
Wadjet, Aset, Hetheru, Sekhmet, Nekhbet, Nebthet, Mert,
Sunuteb and Ma’at. This is an unprecedented
development in such voyages and promises to make this
trip a rare opportunity that should not be missed.
In addition to visiting the sites participants will receive
spiritual lectures based on what is observed. Attendees
will also participate in the Integral Shedy disciples
including Meditation practice, Devotion, chanting &
drumming & Tjef Neteru Yoga postures.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Let Us Know If You Need Assistance Setting Up or Using A Pay Pal Account & One Of Our Team Members Can Assist You. The process is fairly simple.
Note: Please BE SURE TO USE THE FRIENDS & FAMILY TRANSFER OPTION TO AVOID FEES BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT YOU SEND, WHICH YOU WOULD BE RESPONSBILE FOR. ANY DEDUCTED FEES WILL BE ADDED BACK TO YOUR BALANCE. 2. Checks and money orders. We discourage this option, as it poses logistical challenges
for us, as our Team Members are in different locations. If you absolutely need this
option, please email us and we will provide the information. Please note you will have
to add an additional $15 Administration Process Fee to the amount of EACH check or
money.
CANCELLATION & Non-Refundable POLICY All cancellations must be received in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $100-dollar administrative fee. Also, as indicated above, the deposit amount is non-refundable. Before March 14, 2019: Full Refund minus the nonrefundable deposit of $395* and $100 Administrative Fee [total $495 Non-Refundable]. March 14, 2019 – April 1st, 2019: 15% charge will be assessed for your payment plan option total fee [in addition to admin fee & non-refundable deposit] After April 1, 2019: NO refund on entire Trip Package fee No exceptions will be made to this cancellation policy. AIR TRAVEL
Departure to and return from Egypt will take place from New York, John F Kennedy International (JFK). Costs associated with arrival to/departure from New York JFK
airport & your home/USA destination are NOT included in the cost for the pilgrimage.
Based on Past Experience with Late Flights, Heavy Traffic, Traffic Jams, Weather Issues,
we strongly recommend you plan to arrive to JFK airport at least 6 hours before the Egypt
Air Flight to Cairo (which leaves at 6:30 PM) on June 14, 2019.
Do not book airfare until you receive notice from us to do so. Once we get the
required number of attendees we will provide you with this information.
TRIP-TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is mandatory for the trip to Kemet and you will be required to send us a copy of your policy to be confirmed for the trip. After your payment option becomes partially or fully non-refundable, this travel insurance will be your means of reimbursement in case of trip cancellation for any reason (and not Sema Institute or our Egypt facilitator or Tour Company). The travel insurance policies are individual policies that you purchase individually. You
will receive your own individual certificate (which must be emailed to Sema
Institute: [email protected]. There may be a small variation in price
depending on your location of residence in the USA or otherwise.
1) COVERAGE: Your Travel Insurance policy should cover the cost of your KMT
Spiritual Pilgrimage trip plus travel to & from New York – JFK Airport and your home, as
this will be your means of reimbursement - We suggest a minimum of $4500, but you should figure out the cost of your Egypt-
KMT trip (which is different for depending on payment plan option & if choosing single
supplement, etc.) AND the round-trip cost of your trip to NY, JFK from/to your home. 2) MANDATORY COMPONENTS THE Travel Insurance PLAN: The plan you choose should include the following components: a) Emergency Accident & Sickness Medical Expense b) Medical Emergency Evacuation Services c) Non-Medical Emergency Evacuation Services d) Trip Cancellation Reimbursement
Please note that the Sema Institute of Yoga & its facilitators are in no way, shape or form
associated with any travel insurance company, so you are free to select one based on your
own individual needs. We can provide you with options we have used for ourselves in the
past for your convenience upon request, with the understanding of a waiver of liability for
any issues with any company we may suggest.

FOOD & Other Considerations for Spiritual Health & Well-being Meals will be non-dairy vegetarian/vegan. NO MEAT or ALCOHOL
of any kind will be served. The meals will be a combination of salad
items, fruits and foods that are cooked (rice, veggies, etc). Note: If a vegetarian/vegan live foods predominant menu is a departure
from your regular diet, and if you have any health conditions; e.g.,
diabetes, or dietary restrictions that may be adversely impacted by this
dietary change, consult with your doctor and get their permission to
attend this program. Also, speak with Seba Dja directly by emailing her
at: [email protected]. We may be able to accommodate your
special needs (with the exception of meat) if we know your situation in
advance. Note: No meat, alcohol, recreational drugs or cigarettes of any kind
is allowed on the tour.
The Sema Institute of Yoga reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any
person as a member of the tour for violation of the food protocol or an-Maat
(unrighteous or un-spiritual) behaviors and activities.
LODGING Lodging for each participant will be double occupancy. If you have a preferred roommate
this information should be included in the Registration Form that is to be submitted with
your payment. The rooms are air conditioned & generally have a mini-fridge.
Single room occupancy requests will be honored for an additional Single Supplement
Fee of $650 dollars, based on availability. Limited availability – secure early.
WHAT TO BRING
Loose fitting clothing that is in line with a Spiritual Program. Please Keep in mind this is a
Muslim country, and conservative relative to clothing. To keep our presence “minimally
alerting”, we ask for your consideration in this area. Most hotels do have swimming pools;
please bring modest bathing suits (no tongs, etc.). If you plan on participating in any ritual
portions of the pilgrimage, also bring a change of clothing that is all white. You will also
want to bring spending money for your personal purchases of items such as statutes,
papyrus art, lotus oil or other perfumes, and other souvenir items. You should bring your
own toiletries. The Kemet Mystic Tours Committee will provide all participants with more
specific items to bring as the pilgrimage date nears. Several additional items were
discussed also in the 3 in 1 Spiritual Pilgrimage to KMT Webinar, so watch that.

TRIP WAIVER
*Everyone going on the trip must read and accept the waiver and fill and send in this form.
WAIVER: It is understood that the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents may take pictures, record by
video and/or audio, activities and/or group conference sessions. It is understood that during this
photo/video/audio recording that your image or voice may be recorded. By attending this trip you give
permission to the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents to record your image through video and/or
audio means. You also understand and hereby give permission to the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its
agents to use any photo, video or audio recording that may contain your image or likeness. You
voluntarily consent to allow the use of your image by the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents and
waive any right to financial remuneration for its future potential use. You hereby release and hold
harmless the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents for any claim by you, your heirs and/or assigns
regarding the use of your image gathered during the pilgrimage for its future potential use.
It is also understood that Tjef Sema Paut Neteru, a Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) system of Yoga Exercises,
will be done during the pilgrimage. You understand that engaging in these sessions is strictly voluntary
and if you do so, you participate at your own risk. You hereby waive any legal claim that you may have
based upon an injury that could occur based upon your voluntary participation in these sessions and agree
to hold harmless the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents from claims resulting there from.
You represent that you are in good health and have no physical ailments; otherwise, you have consulted
and have your doctor’s permission to participate in this program, particularly as concerns the vegetarian-
vegan diet and participation in the Tjef Sema Paut Neteru Yoga Exercises & general level of exertion (in
the heat at the Temple sites) and activity that this trip will require.
Note: Anyone having a doctor’s consent to attend the program, or illness or injury is advised to contact
and inform Seba Dja of any condition or illnesses, including but not limited to diabetes, high blood
pressure, heart or respiratory disease, back or other orthopedic problems. You can email her at
[email protected]; she will let you know if she needs further details about your condition or a
doctor’s consent. If you do not get a response from her, please follow up with an email to

TRIP WAIVER continued
In consideration of the fees paid for attending the Pilgrimage to Kemet trip you for yourself, heirs,
personal representatives and or assigns, hereby release the Sema Institute of Yoga and/ or any of its
respective agents, employees, and/or officers, from any liability, damages, claims or causes of
action, arising out of your participation in the trip except as otherwise provided by law. You also agree to
indemnify and hold harmless the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents from any claims, causes of
action, or other judicial proceedings costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities including attorney fees
brought solely as a result of your negligence, willful misconduct, and failure to abide by the rules and
regulations promulgated by the sponsor.
You also acknowledge your understanding that the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents act only as
agent for various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate and
assumes no responsibility for liability with service in connection with the service of any train, vessel,
carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of
its duty to the passenger, neither will it be responsible for any act, error of omission or for any injury,
loss, accident delay or irregularity which maybe occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or
through neglect or default of any hotel proprietor or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in
carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. If it becomes necessary or advisable to
change any hotel for the comfort or well-being of the attendees for any reason whatsoever or to alter the
itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional
expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger, conversely, refund will be made to the passenger if any
saving is effected thereby. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant.
I understand that the Sema Institute of Yoga and/or its agents reserve the right to ask me to leave the tour
immediately at any time, without prior notice, if it/they feel that I am a disruption to the program.
Examples of conduct that would cause this to occur include but are not limited to the following:
Consumption of alcohol; Smoking of cigarettes; Smoking or other use of or carrying marijuana or marijuana products; Use of or carrying any type of illegal drug;
In this event, I understand that no refund will be given to me and the expense incurred to travel back to
your home state of origin will exclusively be borne by you.

No business procedures, contacts or venues used in this program are not to be approached or contacted
with the idea of organizing a like or similar program without the consent and permission of the Sema
Institute.

at the time of making your first payment. For those without the ability to scan their form, we will accept
