REGISTRATION STEPS Follow these steps to register your account with the West Valley Eagles on Sports Illustrated Play.

1. Click the Login button located in the top-right corner of the WestValleyEagles.org webpage or click the SIGN UP button in the middle of the screen.

2. A new screen will open prompting you to “Login to your West Valley Eagles Youth Track” account. You won’t have a registered email or password since this is your first time visiting the login site. Click the “Create an Account” link in red letters at the bottom of the screen.

3. On the LOGIN CREDENTIALS form, in the Email and Confirm Email fields, enter the email account you want to use to manage your account and receive communications.

4. On the lower half of the form, in the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter the password you can remember following the password guidelines then click the Create User button.

5. On the CREATE ACCOUNT form, you will see your login email address and are prompted to create your account.

6. Enter your Personal Information in all the fields with the red asterisk (*) then click the green “+ Create Account” button at the bottom of the form as shown on the next page.

7. On the next screen you can add family members to your account or skip this step by clicking the Add and Adult or Skip buttons.

8. If you click the Skip button from Step #7, you are now directed to your Sports Illustrated Play “Home” screen. From here you can register your child as a player with payment and you can register yourself as a volunteer for your child’s team or any other team as seen on the next page.

9. Follow these steps to register your child to participate. Click the Register to Play/Participate button as shown below.

10. Select the New Child radio button then click the Register Now button as shown on the next page.

11. Enter your child’s details in the General Information section in the ADD CHILD TO ACCOUNT form.

12. Enter details in the Contact Information section for your child if your child has a mobile device

(OPTIONAL).

13. Enter your child’s medical information in the Medical Information section if you want team administrators to know about your child’s medical conditions.

14. Click the Save button located in the bottom-left corner of the screen as shown on the next page.

15. The system will select your child’s Division based on their birthdate. On the CHOOSE SESSION FOR “CHILD’S NAME” form, click the Register as Player button to continue as shown on the next page.

16. On the REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR “CHILD’S NAME” form, enter the Promotion code for no uniform [NU2019] or Bootcamp [BTCP2019] if your athlete DOES NOT need a new uniform or will ONLY participate in the Eagles Bootcamp for the season. Click the Continue button as shown on the next page when you are ready to continue the registration process for your athlete.

17. On the ADD EMERGENCY CONTACT TO ACCOUNT form, enter the emergency contact information in the required fields. These fields have a red asterisk (*) next to them.

18. On the SHOPPING CART form, you will see that your cart is ready for payment as shown on the next page.

19. Uncheck the Special offers checkbox in the middle of the screen as shown on the next page. Eagles gear is not set up to be sold online at this time.

20. At the bottom of the screen, click the Register Additional Players / Volunteers button to add another athlete to Register and participate (receive a sibling discount), register yourself to Volunteer (free of charge), or proceed with checkout.

21. Follow these steps to register yourself as a volunteer. Click the Register Additional Players / Volunteers button from Step #20. Select yourself (in this example the parent is “NoName”) and click the Register now button. On the CHOOSE REGISTRANT form, there is a quick view of your current shopping cart as shown on the next page.

22. In the CHOOSE SESSION FOR “PARENT NAME” form shown below, select your volunteer role. The Team Manager and Team Parent roles will need to have a Division and Team selected in the following step.

23. If the Team Manager or Team Parent role is selected, select a Division then click the Register button as shown on the next page.

24. Choose the team (Boys, Girls, or Unassigned) for that Division then click the Continue button as shown on the next page.

25. Your SHOPPING CART is now updated.

26. Repeat Steps 21 – 25 to register yourself for a different volunteer role or add another athlete to participate. When you are finished with all registrants, click the Continue to Checkout button.

27. Confirm your payment items in the Payment details section on the right-hand side of the screen as shown on the next page. The insurance information on the left-hand side of the screen is not required to participate with the Eagles but a selection needs to be made to complete the payment.

28. Select your payment method in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

29. When paying with a check, you will need to send the check to the West Valley Eagles following the steps in the ORDER COMPLETE form as shown on the next page.

30. Here is your home page for the SI Play website. You can click the Pay Now button if you want to make the payment with a credit card instead of a check (See Steps 31 – 33 for this process). Click the green Team Website button to go to your team page on WestValleyEagles.org.

31. When you click the Pay Now button you are directed to the UNPAID TRANSACTIONS form shown on the next page. Click the Pay By Credit Card button if you would like to pay with a credit card instead of a check.

32. Pay the full amount owed or enter a different amount in the Amount field.

33. Enter your billing information then click the Complete Payment button as shown on the next page.

34. When you click the Team Website button from Step #30 above, you will be directed to the team website. From here you can chat with your team, view schedules, and more. You can also navigate back to the main WestValleyEagles.org page.

35. At this point the registration process is complete.
