Authors of papers, which are published in the "pre-proceedings" of the conference, cannot get any reimbursement of their conference fees. In any case, the Conference Office will do its best to find you a room. If no accommodation can be found for you in Kirchberg itself, a free shuttle service will be at your disposal.
