CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

It may happen that, due to operational difficulties or reasons beyond our control (travel conditions, strikes, changes in opening hours, closure of museums, delays or other unforseen circumstances) tour providers may be forced to change or cancel a tour. Tour companies

reserve the right to cancel a tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond their control with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour. In this case, clients may claim reimbursement only of the amount paid. In the event of unforessen schedule or itinerary

changes beyond control, tour companies reserve the right to provide no reimbursement.

LIABILITY Gartour and partnering tour companies are not responsible for any loss of personal valuables, luggage or objects during excursions, or for

any loss of personal items which are left on tour coaches, or for any damage casued by third parties to personal items during the tour. We are not also responsible for partial or total closures of museums, monuments and churches, delays or irregularities caused by third parties. Then an alternative itinerary and visits to other museums wil be proposed, without any variation to the established tariff, and clients will be informed prior to departure. In the event of unforeseen schedule or itinerary changes beyond control, tour companies

reserve the right to not grant any reimbursements.
