Coming to the economic front, the European economies & US Economy continues to weigh on global recovery. Although slowing global growth has now dampened commodity prices which had rated very high in last couple of years resulting into high inflation & higher interest rates regime. On the domestic front, while growth has clearly decelerated, inflation has started moderating. The increasing Current Account Deficit (CAD), despite the slowdown in growth is also likely to reach manageable levels.

Currently changing scenario in turning around economies of US, and due to decrease in commodity pricing the interest rates will also reduce gradually. The GDP growth in India is forecasted at 6.1% TO 6.7% in Fiscal year 2013/14. With Commodity prices reducing on Global front, the Current Account Deficit is improving by around 1% of GDP to 4.3% in 2013 against earlier projection of 5.3%. The savings rate continuous to be 30% plus. This would be a great Kick-off start for the New Year considering the current Global scenario.

Considering these Economic reforms and optimistic vision, we believe that Indian Plastic Industry has a big Potentiality and will gradually prosper. Even Government of India is trying to set up the economic reforms to elevate and boost the plastic industry by Joint Venturing & Foreign Investments. The application of plastics is also increasingly applied in the automotive, packaging and Electric & Electronics industry, as well as in the application for building & construction. In the next 15 years, building materials made of plastics will become the new economic growth point. This situation makes us remember a famous quote by Rabindranath Tagore: “If you cry because the sun has gone out of your life, your tears will prevent you from seeing the stars.”

Introducing the New Real Time cutter control in BH-60DLLSC & BH-60DLL Pouching Machines!!

The "Real Time Cutter Control" is a new feature of our “Double Cut System,” and it aligns the cutter position exactly to the center of the round corner on a real-time basis.

The “Double Cut System” has been highly regarded for the beautiful finish without generating burrs in corner cut unit, ensuring the safety of consumers and improved the value of the pouches.

The basic principle of the technology is a combination of the "High-precision CCD Camera" which monitors the shape of the round corner, the "Computerized Image Analysis" and the "Cutter Control System" which controls the cutter position accurately with a servo motor.
