Halle Neustadt can open itself forwards the neighboring villages...

by easing the connection with the villages...

Halle-Neustadt and the surrounding villages could work together, sharing facilities, business networks and resources. This strategy aims to create an interactive and lively city center.Altstadt will no longer be the only main connec-tion to Halle-Neustadt. All the surrounding vil-lages and industrial estates will work together to create corridors of youth and vitality. Each con-nection is no more important than another.

The surrounding villages are already connected with the center place, Halle-Neustadt, through well thought out roads. This design aims to high-light these connection, make them interactive, and act as facilitations of activity. Through this strategy new bus routes and bike paths will be made

The center of Halle-Neustadt should be highlight-ed, it must be more than just an ordinary traffic nodeo The central tower of Halle-Neustadt was never built, therefore currently there is no visible center o The center must be clearly readable and easy to reach through multiple modes of transportwithout destroying the original architectural idea (modernism)

Halle – Neustadt ist eine Stadt mit einer sehr grossen Infrastruktur. Dies kann genutzt werden um die umgebenden Doerfer einzubinden und Halle-Neustadt zu staerken.Halle-Neustadt und die umgebenden Doerfer koennen zusammen arbeiten und zum Beispiel oeffentliche Einrichtungen zusammen nutzen und andere Verbindungen ausbauen. Halle-Neustadt wird ein zentraler Punkt fuer Aktivitaeten werden. Diese Strategie zielt auf ein interaktives kreatives Zentrum. Altstadt wird nicht laenger die einzige Hauptverbinding zu Halle-Neustadt sein. Die ganzen anderen Doerfer und Industriegebiete werden zusammen arbeiten und neue jugendliche Flure, neue Strassen, entwickeln. Keine Verbind-ung ist wichtiger als die andere.Die umgebende Bebauung ist schon mit dem Zentrum verbunden. Die Strassen fuehren durch Halle-Neustadt durch. Diese Verbindungen ver-langen eine Erneuerung, eine Wiederbelebung. Neue Haltestellen und Busverbindungen werden entstehen. Fahrradwege werden ausgebaut und eventuell wird eine neue Bahnlinie ausgebaut werden.Das Zentrum von Halle-Neustadt muss gestaerkt werden. Es ist mehr als nur ein Durchgangsstadt-teil. Der zentrale Turm von Halle-Neustadt wurde niemals gebaut. Deswegen gibt es der-zeitig auch kein sichtbares Zentrum. Das Zentrum muss besser ablesbar und besser zu erreichen sein. Man sollte das Aussehen der Hauptstrasse aendern ohne die urspruengliche architektonis-che Idee zu zerstoeren.Das Schrupfen und Wachsen der Stadt sollte in der Infrastruktur beruecksichtigt werden, welche die Stadt mit ihrer Umgebung verbindet.Der Plan zeigt drei moegliche Entwicklungssta-dien.Und er zeigt die Gebiete von Halle-Neustadt die fokusiert werden sollen.Oeffentliche Gebaede und Plaetze sollen an den neuen Verbindungsstrassen entstehen und so das soziale Miteinander foerdern.
