Accounting Advisory Services provides detailed management information using well established Financial Reporting software systems. We help recognize problem areas and highlight specific challenges. We help you run your business creating your future value, while we take care of your business concerns. When you have questions or need help; we have an open door policy without barriers nor limits. To help you to manage your business, Accounting Advisory Services can provide the following services: • Design and set-up of financial reporting procedures; • Help you select the most effective accounting software; • Support installation and configuration of the acquired accounting software; and • Train your staff so that you can do as much as possible in-house. If you wish to outsource your accounting procedures, we are able to manage your com- plete financial reporting and report to you each accounting period (weekly, bi-weekly, quincena, monthly, quarterly and/or annually) the following information: • (Interim) balance sheet and profit & loss statement; • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, A/P, A/R; and • Detailed budget report so you can trace revenue & expense variances. The information above can be provided by emailing this information to management (in EXCEL, WORD, PDF or other well established formats) or by using internet-based one-line accounting solutions. Reliance Financial and Advisory Services has entered into an agreement with a well established international software developer, providing the infrastructure in which we record the accounting transactions and management has daily access to the financial information it needs to run its business. This service is available to all our clients at a minimal additional expense. Accounting Advisory Services provides compilation of financial or other information services. We compile financial statements in accordance with Book 2 of the Netherlands Antilles Civil Code and based on acceptable financial reporting frameworks (e.g. IFRS or Dutch GAAP). Management is provided with a compilation report in accordance with the standards as issued by the Dutch Institute of registered Auditors (“NIVRA”). The Netherlands Antilles Tax Inspector has confirmed that the compilation report referred to above as issued by Accounting Advisory Services qualifies as opinion referred to in the National Ordinance on Profit Tax 1940, article 1A, paragraph 1(f) as required by the Exempted Company.
