1. Lab/Diagnostic Test Result report shows lab result comments entered by provider if the “Print Comment” checkbox is checked on Lab Report screen

Now if user has checked the “Print Comments” checkbox from the “Lab Reports” screen, then the comments entered by provider displays

in the Lab/Diagnostic Test Results Report. You can refer the report from the Help menu from the below path.

Reports >> Listing Reports >> Lab/Diagnostic Test Result Report

2. Added admin preference to hide non-business hours from Scheduler screen

Provided admin level preference as “Do not show Non Business Hours” under general preferences. If this preference is ON, then

application will hide non-business hours from the Scheduler screen. Refer the below path from Help menu to set the preference.

Scheduler >> Schedule the Appointment >> Hide Non Business Hours from Scheduler Chart

3. Appointment reason will display in the Appointment History section on the Add Appointment screen

With enhancement in the functionality, now the appointment reason will display in the Appointment History section on the “Add

Appointment” screen. Refer the below path see the change on the “Add Appointment” screen from the Help menu.

4. Provided user level preference for selection of Card Scanner Model which will use for simple card scanning (only Image) on click of Card Scan and Scan (Both Front and Back) button from Insurance Policy screen

Previously, there was admin preference to select the “Card Scanner” Model which use for Card scanning from Insurance Policy screen. With

enhancement in that, now the user level preference is provided for selection of Card Scanner Model which will use for simple card scanning

(only Image) on click of “Card Scan” and “Scan” button (Both Front and Back) from Insurance Policy screen. Refer the below path for more

details from Help menu.

Tools >> Preference >> User Preference >> General tab >> Scan/Attach section

5. Provided new facility to review the prescribed control substance from PCCC (Patient-Centered Connected Care) from the Rx screen

Now while prescribing control substance from the “Rx” screen, there will be a hyperlink on the “Scheduled <n> drug” alert. By clicking on

that hyperlink it will review the controlled substance databases from PCCC (Patient-Centered Connected Care) to identify the drug-seeking

behavior of the patient. For more details, refer the below mention path from the Help menu.

6. Functionality to generate and print the report based on the allergy shots from Chart Printing

Now user can export the report based on the allergy shots by selecting Allergy Shots option from Chart Printing screen. User can also print

the report based allergy shots directly from the Chart Printing screen. Refer the “Chart Printing” screen from the below path.

7. Dx date will display on the Sequence Dx screen

With enhancement, now “Dx Date” column is added on the “Sequence Dx” screen. Refer the below path from Help menu to view the change.

8. Improved performance in Lab/Diagnostic Order, Office Procedure, Problem/Dx, and Personal Dashboard section

With necessary corrections, now the performance is improved for the below listed sections.

9. Only Numeric “0-9”, Dash “-” and Parenthesis “( )” values are allowed in fax number box

Previously, user was allowed to enter any alphabets and special characters in the Fax number box. From now onwards, user will able to

enter only Numeric “0-9”, Dash “-” and Parenthesis “( )” values in fax number box. Also, user is not allowed to paste any text inside the fax

number box.

10. Display mapped ICD code against particular CPT code on Biller Dashboard

Now application will display mapped ICD code against particular CPT code on Biller Dashboard under “ICD” and “CPT” columns. Refer the

change from the below path from EHR Help menu.

11. Facility to add the name and other details with apostrophe sign (‘) on Security Management screen in admin panel

Now on Security Management screen, user can add the name and other details with apostrophe sign (‘). Refer the change from below path

from EHR Help menu.

12. Increased the Organization Name character limit up to 70 characters from 50 on Security Management - Organization screen

Now user can enter the organization name up to 70 character on the on “Security Management – Organization” screen. Refer the below

path to refer “Security Management – Organization” section from Help menu.

13. Auto save functionality while changing the sections under Update (Clinical Note)

Previously, application shows the confirmation message when user try to change the below section or user perform any other actions while

working with the below sections from the “Update (Clinical Note)”. With enhancement in the functionality, while working with the “Update

(Clinical Note)”, when user try to change the below section or perform any other actions, then application will auto save the changes in that

section without giving any confirmation.

14. Change in ICD Search screen while searching ICD codes

On ICD Search screen, while searching ICD codes from the ICD10 tab, if user switches to the ICD9 tab, then the same search text will display

in the search box of ICD9 tab and vice-versa.

15. Differentiate Note and Billing Note icon

Previously, the billing note icon at visit note level was similar as EDMS Note icon. With enhancement, now there will be different icon for

billing note, if billing preference is ON. The Billing Note icon will display as icon.

16. Change in Stock Transfer and Immunization Stock functionality

Now the “Stock Item” textbox is provided on “Stock Transfer” screen with search icon instead of dropdown list. By default, it will search

stock item for immunization and Medsupply for all locations. The paging, sorting and searching facility is provided on “Search Stock Item”

screen. Also, on “Stock Transfer” screen, the order of the all fields are changed.

Moreover, the “Rem.Qty” values will display on “Immunization Stock” screen. And, the “Inactive” checkbox on “Immunization Master”

screen is enabled for modify mode. User can mark any immunization as “Inactive” even if any immunization is issued or transferred. Refer

the below path from Help menu to view the changes.

17. Optional functionality to transmit Consultation Note instead of Summarization of Episode Note

In existing functionality while signing the visit note, the application transmit the Summarization of Episode Note (34133-9) to HIE. Now

with enhancement, the facility is available to transmit Consultation Note instead of Summarization of Episode Note. To activate this

functionality user need to contact iPatientCare representative.

18. Begin and end text will display in 3rd and 4th grid of template, if there is blank space configured in default text for number field

In the previous functionality, if there is blank space configured in default text for number field, then begin and end text was not getting

displayed in 3rd and 4th grid of template. With necessary corrections, this issue is resolved.

19. Data mismatch issue in ACOG note preview from Patient Chart and Claim section is resolved

Previously, some data were displayed different in the ACOG Note preview from Patient Chart and Claim screen. With necessary corrections,

this issue is resolved.

20. Update the number of components for any immunization without any change in relevant immunization series details

Previously, when user update the number of components for any immunization, then the relevant immunization series details were also

getting updated and vice-versa. With necessary corrections, this issue is resolved.

21. Wrong NDC code transmit issue is resolved while transmitting signed Rx Refill

Previously, when user send any signed Rx refill request, then application transmit the wrong NDC code. With necessary corrections, this

issue is resolved.

22. Resolved issue on Personal Dashboard when Rx refill request comes without any patient name

There was an issue as when any Rx refill request comes without any patient name, then also user could perform all actions (Approved,

Denied and so on) for that request. With necessary changes, this issue is resolved.

23. Issue in font consistency of the prescription information format while importing medication history is resolved

In the previous functionality, when user import medication history, the prescription information was displayed in capital letters. With

corrections made, now the issue in inconsistency of the font is resolved.

24. Template will apply properly in Problem/Dx section without reopen the Problem/Dx section

Previously, to view the applied template effect user need to reopen the Problem/Dx section. Now with correction, template will apply

properly in Problem/Dx section and user will need not to reopen the Problem/Dx section to view applied template effect.

25. Red error while adding reserved columns in clinical note structure from admin panel is resolved

The application was generating red error, when user was trying to add the reserved columns (default given by iPatientCare) in any Clinical

Note Structure from the admin panel. With corrections, this issue is resolved.

26. Resolved issues while searching pharmacy from the Pharmacy Search screen

Previously, there was an issue as searching pharmacy from the Pharmacy Search screen. With corrections, this issue is resolved.

27. Corrections in warning messages upon entering vital signs

Previously, application displayed vital validation message for show only higher/lower range without any unit. Now with correction in that,

application will show validation message of respective vital with unit which is currently selected by admin user from the Master menu.

Moreover, from “Vital” screen application will not convert temperature values from “F” to “C” Or “C” to “F” if user change the unit.

28. Resolved slowness issue while selecting patient to book an appointment

Previously while scheduling any appointment from Scheduler chart, there was slowness issue when user try to select any patient. With

necessary changes, slowness issue is resolved.

29. Corrections in Immunization Inventory report

Previously, while generating Immunization Stock report, the “Rem. Quantity” filter was not working properly. Moreover in the generated

report, the remaining quantity was displayed under “Quantity Left” column. With necessary corrections, now the “Rem. Quantity” filter

works properly and the remaining quantity column name is changed as “Rem. Quantity” from “Quantity Left”. Refer the Report from the

below path from Help menu.

30. Resolved error while transmitting controlled substance

Previously, the application was generating an error while transmitting the prescribed controlled substance, if user has entered any special

character or ENTER key in the Special Dose text. With necessary corrections, this error is resolved.

31. The section header text of the C-CDA file displays in plural form in case of more data

Previously, the section header text of the C-CDA file was displaying in singular form in all cases. With change in that, now if there is more

data, then the section header text of the C-CDA file displays in plural form.

32. Need to provide facility to enter the Co-pay amount and auto-display the PR-3 code under payment posting screen.

Previously, copay box was not editable in Insurance Payment or Patient Payment. So user had to click on Adjustment Code icon and enter

amount in “PR-3” code. With change in that, now copay box will be editable while payment posting using insurance payment. Once user

enter the copay amount under the copay, then application will automatically mention the “PR-3” code against the CPT code under the

adjustment code column and also the amount will auto-update under the Adjustment Reason Code screen. Refer the below path from the

help menu to view the change.

34. Functionality to pop-up validation message if payment is already taken against any CPT code and user selects other template from Claim Detail screen to insert new CPT

Previously in case the payment is already taken against any CPT code and user selects other template from Claim Detail screen, then

application remove the old CPT code from the Claim Details screen and add new CPT as per template. However, the payment history is

available in the payment detail. Now there is some change in the functionality as application will pop-up validation message if the payment

is already taken against any CPT code and user selects other template from Claim Detail screen to insert new CPT (This change is applicable

for both Patient Payment and Insurance Payment). Refer the change from the below path from the Help menu.

35. Functionality to filter the records for multiple Insurance, Insurance Type and CPT Code from the search criteria panel for Claim List and Claim Follow-up Management screen

With added facility, now user can filter the claims with multiple Insurance, Insurance Type and CPT Code from the Search Criteria panel in

Claim List and Claim Follow-up Management screen. Refer both the screens from the below path from Help menu.

36. Editing rights to the user other than the batch manager and batch owner for payment added in batch

In the previous functionality, when any payment is added in Batch Posting, then only batch manager and batch owner was able to edit the

payments. Now with change in the functionality, user can set any user as batch manager and batch owner. Hence, the user other than the

batch manager and batch owner can modify the payments added in the batch.
