2.0 Task Requirements

2.1 Purpose The purpose of this release is to improve quality and performance in Regional Business Application (RBA), National Business Application (NBA), and Assisted Services Shared Information SysTem (ASSIST) by implementing 15 maintenance improvements identified during the Program Management Office (PMO) prioritization sessions. This release also contains 3 BIRT improvements and 2 infrastructure maintenance change requests.

The following 20 improvements are included in the release:

3.2.3 Change DescriptionThis changes the default on a Form 30 for the Mod Office Type field from “A” to “P”. The field remains editable so the user can select the correct option.

4.0 NBA Maintenance

4.1 CHG87434 – Correct FPDS Data transmission failures for IDV Mods when the IDV has multiple task items



4.1.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where multiple lines were returned in a subquery, which was only expecting a 1 row result, causing a failure. The subquery has been updated to allow for more than one row in the result.

4.2 CHG101592 – D-04687 – Error page is displayed after clicking the “Award” button on a modification



4.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where the system was not recognizing the Acquisition Plan attachment when awarding a modification and displaying an error. The modification was awarding even though the error was thrown. The Acquisition Plan attachment is only required for the initial (base) award, and not on any modifications.

4.3.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes issues with the Left Hand Order Navigation on TOS orders during certain workflow scenarios.


4.4 CHG102219 – Create weekly report of all cancelled TOS Orders in the Cancel.nsf Notes DB

4.4.3 Change DescriptionThis change creates a weekly report to be run by Support of all the cancelled TOS Orders in the Cancel.nsf Notes DB. The report will feature a view that will allow a reader to show only the new orders cancelled in the last week.

4.5.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where OMIS was not displaying ACT Numbers when they contained an Ampersand (&) or any other special characters.

5.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change removes Agency 99 from pick lists for Client Registration and Funding Documents. CHG102484 has been created to clean up activities associated to Agency 99, including updating any active orders, funding, and users.

5.3 CHG98651 – Correct DBR to transmit no values for Agency DUNS and Agency DUNS+4 fields



5.3.3 Change DescriptionThis changes the BAAR Billing flat file transmissions to accept no values in the Billing DUNS and DUNS+4 fields. Previously the Client DUNS was being transmitted in these fields which was incorrect. GSA Agency DUNS numbers should be in these fields, but they are not yet currently ready for use. An RMD was created to allow no values in these fields until the GSA DUNS numbers are available.


5.4 CHG99816 – CIS – Correct Date Delivered field to allow dates to be input5.4.1 User Impact



5.4.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an improper error that was occurring when a date was entered in the Date Delivered field due to the date not converting properly in the back end.


5.5 CHG102157 – Fix for GSA Partial Acceptance of $0 for task item does not zero Accepted Amount

5.5.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where GSA would Partially Accept a Client’s Approval of an Acceptance Report by making one task item $0. The $0 amount on the one task item was overriding the full GSA Amount Accepted to $0 when other task items has accepted funds against them.

5.6.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects ASSIST2 flag that prevents full stack-traces from being sent to the front-end for errors.

5.7.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where DB permissions that were temporarily added during the PI5 release have been corrected for access to history records.


5.8 CHG102499 – Fix issue with attachment service and duplicate attachment records



5.8.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue that occurred when certain support tasks added attachment records for Post Award Collaborations. Duplicate records are now ignored by ASSIST2.

6.0 BIRT Maintenance

6.1 CHG101285 – BIRT: Correct Sorting of BIRT NBA Task Overview Report6.1.1 User Impact



6.1.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue on the NBA Overview Report on orders that exceeded 100 modifications so mod numbers are in chronological order. Previously mods 100-109 would display after mod 10, and mods 110-119 would display after mod 11, etc.


6.2 CHG101322 – BIRT: Update OMIS Division/Groups for FEDSIM Summary Financial Position Report



6.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change updates OMIS Divisions/Groups on the FEDSIM Summary Financial Position report for the correct Division/Group names. Some Division/Groups names had been updated and this report did not reflect those changes, causing data to be incorrect for those Division/Groups.
