Hydraulic diaphragm dosing pump MfThe pumps have an exceptional suction capa-bility (up to 8 m suction lift).They ensure trouble-free operation throughinternal overfilling and diaphragm protection,thanks to the valveless and virtually wear-freeProMinent/ORLITA anti-cavitation device.
Hydraulic diaphragm dosing pump MhLike the Mf range, this range is also extremelyflexible in its application, but is designed forvery high pressures (up to 3,000 bar). Pumpheads are equipped with double stainlesssteel diaphragms and are designed for maxi-mum operational reliability and low wear andcan be fitted without special tools.
Piston-type dosing pump PS Key features of the PS range of pumps arethe exceptionally high hydraulic efficiencycombined with outstanding self-cleaning andlow pressure loss. PS pumps can be used ina wide range of temperatures (up to 400 °C)and are easy to maintain, attractively pricedand robust.
Valveless piston-type dosing pump DRHighly accurate dosing of highly to extremelyviscous media (up to 1,000,000 mPas).Even liquids with a solids content are noproblem for the valveless piston-type dosingpumps. Products at temperatures down to -40 °C up to +400 °C can be pumped withinfinite 0-100 % capacity adjustment.

ProMinent/ORLITA high-end pumps provethemselves even under the most arduousconditions. Their robust construction and theapplication flexibility enabled by their perfor-mance profile take good care of that. Theycan be adapted to almost any customerspecification, as required: maximum pressureup to 3,000 bar, extreme dosing accuracy of≤ 0.5% to API 675, product temperatures from-40 °C to +400 °C and liquids with dynamicviscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas.

Hydraulic diaphragm-driven dosing pumps HydroThe optimal solution in the lower performancerange, up to 100 bar. The two ranges – Hydro/ 2 and 3 – can be flexibly combined assingle-head, double-head and multiplexedunits. In the standard version with multi-layersafety diaphragm and integrated excess flowvalve, the pumps meet the highest safetyrequirements.
Diaphragm-driven, hydraulic diaphragm-driven piston type dosing pumps Makro TZand Makro/ 5The right modular solution for every applica-tion, whether it be simple mechanical dia-phragm pumps, high-tech hydraulic diaphragmdriven pumps, or extremely robust piston-typepumps.
