I never thought that me and my team will be able to pull off a considerable time in the new industry and will become pioneers in the organizing the highly unorganized industry, which is still unofficially contributing to India's GDP and giving largest number of employment as well. R4 just got finished at the MGM Grand Casino and Hotel at Las Vegas, USA. This was the mark of the 40 years of the one of the top 50 countries which has changed the world. R4 also marked the welcome of Mr. Dave Liniger on the stage saying that there is a still road ahead for the person. 40 years also marked the presence of 8000 participants under one roof. RE/MAX Hyderabad also bagged an award at the convention. It is proud moment in 2013 where both the months, we got recognized by International. Many congratulations to my team at regional office and franchise office owners and their team. In this month, we are also kicking off with the training series for the associates and the fresher who want to get trained in the rewarding career of real estate. At this juncture, I would like to reaffirm my commitment to the team of franchise owners and new people who will join us that we are change agents and we shall remain committed to vision of taking the 10% market share. A special thanks to two of my strong pillars, who have contributed to the success of RE/MAX Andhra Pradesh so far, is Ms. Meenakshi Ghosh and Mr. Santosh Kondasree. Both are a part of my initial team from the day one and have been with me on the roller coaster ride of RE/MAX Andhra Pradesh. Meenakshi brought a wealth of experience, provided and complemented me whenever I was not there and Santosh came with the youthful spirit, proved his loyalty to me all the time. I am proud that they are with me and constantly they push me and the team to get to our goals. In April, RE/MAX India is coming with their convention and I am sure it will be a fun of experience, learning and path ahead. I wish you all till next month. RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL NEWS Dramatic 2012 Sales, Volume Increases at RE/MAX
"It's clear that the advanced tools and technology resources RE/MAX offers makes our agents the best prepared to assist home buyers and sellers in this recovering market." Since 1997, closed transaction sides in the RE/MAX organization have never fallen below 1 million and have never been exceeded by any competitor. Worldwide in 2012, RE/MAX transaction sides rose 8.4% to 1.3 million and sales volume was up 10.1% to $296 billion.
RE/MAX - 8,000 RE/MAX Agents Celebrate 40 Years
From its earliest days in the 1970s, RE/MAX success has been based on a reputation for attracting the industry's top performers with a business model that provides high commissions and valuable resources and training.
With housing recovery in full swing, RE/MAX LLC experienced significant improvement in closed transactions and sales volume in 2012. In U.S., RE/MAX agents were involved with nearly 840,000 transaction sides, an increase of 12% over 2011. The 2012 U.S. sales volume for RE/MAX agents was $165 billion, up 18% from last year. Most importantly, individual productivity within the RE/MAX network rose 15% to an average of 16.3 transaction sides per agent. "For several years in a row, RE/MAX agents have averaged more sales than other agents. Again in 2012, RE/MAX agents closed more real estate deals than agents with any other brand," said Margaret Kelly, RE/MAX CEO.

At the evening's Opening General Session held at the MGM Grand Garden
Arena, they heard co-founders Dave and Gail Liniger reminisce about the last
40 years and offer motivation for the future as the U.S. housing industry is in
the midst of a recovery from the worst downturn in recent history.
REALTY REVIEW – March 2013 After sharing the inspirational story of his challenging illness and physical rehabilitation, he then shocked the audience by standing up and walking across the stage, saying his goal had been to just walk 10 steps. "I hope my story provides motivation to anyone facing a seemingly insurmountable problem," said Liniger. "If you set achievable goals and stay focused, you can do anything, but never, never, ever give up!" Also speaking to the energized audience was Co-Founder and Vice Chair Gail Liniger and RE/MAX CEO Margaret Kelly who provided a nostalgic look back and an encouraging look forward. Dave Liniger's new book, "My Next Step: An Extraordinary Journey of Healing and Hope," was announced in R4. The R4 Opening General Session closed on a very high note with Natalie Cole joining RE/MAX Co-Founders Dave and Gail Liniger on stage and honoring them with a special song, "Unforgettable."
New RE/MAX Marketing Platform Wins Achievement Award
Agents can post their material on the internet to a number of websites, remotely print paper materials, such as postcards, flyers and brochures, and also measure the impact of email or online campaigns. It also helps agents streamline their business and allows them to be more accessible to their clients.

RE/MAX Delhi NCR tops International Charts in Franchise Sales
RE/MAX LLC, a global leader in real estate, has been recognized with the Marketing Achievement Award from the Real Estate Marketing Insider for the company's "Design Center" platform.
The award is given each quarter for improvement or innovation in the art of real estate marketing. This month, RE/MAX launched an updated version of "Design Center," created by Imprev. The new platform features a more intuitive user interface, and offers agents and offices more enhanced marketing capabilities. The Design Center allows agents to create and
distribute professional marketing materials, both digitally and via snail mail.

Canadian RE/MAX Affiliate Visits Hyderabad RE/MAX Hyderabad had a great opportunity to have Mr. George Mathews who has been associated for 20 years with RE/MAX in different roles as in Broker office owner, Broker Manager and also Business Associate in Calgary, Canada to visit some of the regions offices, had a Broker owners meet and a separate Business associates meet for sharing his experience and helping our owners and associates get some learning exposure as well as brain storm certain FAQs.

The Metro Connects is a series of bicycling rides to promote sustainability, public commuting and to create awareness on Metro corridors. The first ride of the series "Blue Edition" with a distance of 27.51 km happened on February 17. This is an initiative of Atlanta Foundation in partnership with Hyderabad Metro Rail under the aegis of L&T Hyderabad Metro Rail Ltd. RE/MAX Andhra Pradesh supports and participates in such initiatives and awareness and this time too it was no different where RE/MAX was once again cycling for making the connect popular amongst many others from different
