Included are the Minutes for meetings held January through November. No Board Meeting was held in June (General Homeowners’ Meeting), November (Budget Ratification Meeting) or December.

MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 11, 2017
Meeting opened at 6:10pm
Present: Tony Nowacki, Billy Paquin, Paul Robbins, Mark Doherty, Mark Rosenberger, Jenny Allyn, Paul Welch
and James Emory Tungsvik with ATC.
Approval of Minutes: Motion made seconded and approved October 2016 Board Meeting Minutes

Landscaping:
Contract signed with Signature Landscape for Seasonal Color program for flowers at monuments. Cost is
1700.00
Motion made seconded and approved for Doherty to spend up to 1k for an old growth tree to be removed in
Community Park
Druids Glen: HOA golf tournament is set for October 1, 2017. Chair will also look at potentially creating a
social event to go with the golfing.
Welcome Committee: No new owners in association
Website Committee: No Report
Maintenance Committee: Will purchase monument light bulb replacements.
Prevention Committee: Jenny Allyn to contact Randy Sorge about preperations for NNO Night to be held in
August.
ACC Committee: No Report
Old Business:
Minutes: Per WA State Law minutes are to accessible to owners within 60 days after a board meeting. Board
will be working to ensure this happens in the future.
Policies and Procedures HOA Manual: Motion made seconded and approved to spend 500.00 in the
development of this booklet. It will contain all the current rules, resolutions and policies that have been
passed over the several years. Booklet should be created in the next 60 days for adoption by the board and
will then be distributed to all owners. It will also be put onto the website and included with the new owner
packets.
Next Meeting is scheduled for February 8, 2017 6m at Paul Robbins home

MEETING MINUTES February 8, 2017
Meeting called to order at 6:35pm Present: Tony Nowacki, Paul Robbins, James Emory Tungsvik ATC, Mark Doherty, Paul Welch, Shelley Gere and Billy Paquin. Meeting minutes to January 11, 2017 approved as written Committee Reports: Landscape: Mark Doherty: Removal of two large trees in park that was dead. Total cost was 1200.00. HOA will post a notice Nextdoor Neighbor. Paul R. will post the notice on Nextdoor Neighbor to all Remington owners of the free wood. Date for free pickup February 18th and Mark will tie off the area. Lost 4 plum trees from the winter storm damage. Contract signed for quarterly flowers to the monuments. First install will be in March 1st. Maintenance: Paul Welch: One mailbox stand was knocked down and HOA repaired it. Finance Committee Report: No Report Welcome Committee: No Report Druids Glen: No Report Crime Prevention: No Report ACC: Shelley Gere: Motion made seconded and approved on the following: Roofing Request for D2L51 Guidelines changes for Exterior Home Painting Form. ATC working on it and should have draft to board 3/1 with final approval at March Board Meeting.

MEETING MINUTES MARCH 8, 2017
Meeting called to order at 6:35pm Present: Paul Robbins, James Emory Tungsvik ATC, Mark Doherty, Paul Welch, Shelley Gere and Billy Paquin. Absent: Tony Nowacki Meeting minutes to February 8, 2017 approved as written Committee Reports: Landscape: Mark Doherty:
1. Firewood from two trees taken out is slowly disappearing which is good. 2. First rotation of seasonal flowers have been installed. Second rotation should be around mid to
end of May. 3. BPA request to top the arborvitaes trees under the power lines. There are approx. 30 of them
and they will need to be topped approx. 2-3 feet down to 10 feet. Mark to FMC to have them done. Bill to be sent to James for processing.
Maintenance: Paul Welch: No New Report. Finance Committee Report: No Report Welcome Committee: No Report Druids Glen: No recent contacts from any Homeowner requesting help. - Druids is expanding and relining the pond on Hole #9. The new liner will be installed once most of the existing water in pumped out. - Those Washing State golfers that have a GHIN (Golf Handicap) can officially begin posting scores as of March 1st - The 2017 RHOA Golf Outing Contract was present to the Board for review and approval. Board approval was received on March 5th. - The 2017 RHOA Golf Outing will be on Sunday, October 1, 2017 - Planning for combining a Homeowners Social coupled with the 20th Annual RHOA Golf Outing will begin within the next two months. Requesting confirmation on the approved budget for the Social, and a partner for planning the event with me. If no Board or Committee Member is interested, I will seeking out help from within the neighborhood.

D1L21: Motion made seconded and approved to suspend fine for 12 month baring no future violations
concerning this article and section. If occurs again suspended fine as well as a new fine will be charged
to lot.
**HOA to contact owner concerning D1L21 on construction material stacked on lot, needing to be
screened and placed in garage. Also, unauthorized structure in back yard build without ACC permission.

D2L64: Motion made seconded and approved: It was agreed by owner and board that owner would plant ivy in the
trellis that is in front of the pole that the satellite dish is attached to. Owner agrees to water, fertilize and nurture it so it
will grow on the trellis and block the pole. Owner will have this completed by end of September/first of October.
Owner to contact board when installed for inspection at which time the fines would be suspended.

Neighborhood Night Out: August 1, 2017: Chair Jenny Allyn: Went very well. Police could not attend due to a swat
emergency in Auburn. Bouncy house and lama lady will attend next year. Went from 60 to 85 in food and almost ran
out. Will increase to 100. Budget line item should be looked at for an increase in 2018.

violates the covenants concerning trailers, utility trailers, recreational vehicles, commercial trucks etc. during the next
months the fine of 500.00 will be added back to their lot along with any additional fines.
**It is noted that D1L16 has done a lot of work ie, laying asphalt, removing slope in their backyard, without an approved
ACC Request on file. This is violation of the covenants and HOA will start compliance letters for the non compliance
issues.
OUTSTANDING ACTION ITEM: Meeting minutes need to be completed from July, October 2016 and January 2017.

REMINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIAITON MEETING MINUTES October 11, 2017 Meeting called to order at 6:30pm Present: Paul Robbins, James Emory Tungsvik ATC, Shelley Gere, Mark Doherty, Paul Welch, Jenny Allyn, Mark Rosenberger and Billy Paquin. Guests: Owners D1L09 Requesting board to send a memo to the owners on SE 295th about dumping their yard waste across the street from their homes in the green belt. Would like to the board to look at developing a selection of color pallets for the owners to pick from that would be preapproved. Absent: Tony Nowacki Meeting minutes to September 13, 2017 and July 13, 2016 approved as written. Committee Reports: Landscape: Mark Doherty: Budget: Landscaping maintenance proposal from NLS 4k per month pretax. Motion made seconded and approved to terminate contract with FMC and sign contract with NLS/Signature. Effective date will be 1/1/18 with new landscaping company. West-end irrigation park project came in at approx. 10k. Since this is a reserved study item cost would come from reserves to pay for it. Motion made seconded and approved to proceed with project. Maintenance: Paul Welch: NLS bid was approved for pressure washing the white fence entries only. Not doing under the power line or back entry. 3800.00 Plus Tax. Island striping has been completed at all 3 entrances. Play chips at the park need to be added this spring. Finance Committee Report: Paul Robinson Motion made seconded and approved to ratify the budget to present to the owners at the Budget Meeting.
