Our work culture is high, all developers are hardworking, senior level developers. Most of us are Microsoft Certified Professionals. Our rate - $30 per hour, or $240 per day. Full-time is calculated from the rate of $25. Our rate is for company, not for individual Developers. We believe dealing with company instead of directly to Developers is more reliable because if for some reason one Developer cannot perform project work, another one can anyway complete it.
