Removing the Citrix Client Navigate to the JUSAccess website https://jusaccess.justice.gc.ca
From the main page –select the Online help link or Logon to the JUSaccess web portal and select the Online Help link
A new web page will open. Select the Current Citrix Client header. Select the Citrix receiver Cleanup Utility (Windows Only): link to remove older versions of the Citrix client If the Citrix client software has never been installed on the computer, please skip ahead to the Section: Installing The Citrix Receiver
When prompted Select Run
Once Downloaded the following prompt will appear please press any key to continue The software will remove any previous versions that are installed. This may take a few minutes:
Once Complete, type in N for No and press Any Key to Exit the removal tool
**** Reboot the computer ****
Installing the Citrix Receiver
Navigate to the Jusaccess web site https://jusacces.justice.gc.ca Click on the Help icon Click on the Current Citrix Client heading Click on the Citrix receiver 4.3 (Windows 7, Windows 8. Windows 10) link
When prompted select Run
Once it is done downloading the application will run, Select Start
Accept the License Agreement, and select Next:
Click the Next button - Do Not select the Enable single sign-on option.
Select No Thanks for the Customer Experience program, and then click the Install button. The installation will take a few minutes.
Once Complete, Select the Finish button.
Select No Thanks for the Customer Experience program, if prompted.
In the system tray, next to the clock you should see the following Citrix Receiver icon indicating that the software was installed and is running. Navigate to the JUSaccess web site https://jusaccess.justice.gc.ca Logon to the JUSaccess web portal to access the required applications.

Supprimer le client Citrix Naviguez jusqu’au site Web JUSaccès. https://jusaccess.justice.gc.ca
Une nouvelle page Web s’ouvre. Cliquez sur Logiciel Citrix dans l’en-tête. Sélectionnez Citrix Receiver Cleanup Utility (Windows seulement) pour supprimer les versions précédentes de Citrix. Si Citrix n’a jamais été installé sur l’ordinateur, passez à la section Installer Citrix Receiver.
Sélectionnez Run.
Une fois l’élément téléchargé, la fenêtre suivante s’affiche. Appuyez sur n’importe quelle touche pour continuer. Le logiciel supprime toutes les versions précédentes installées. Cette procédure peut prendre quelques minutes.
Une fois cette étape terminée, tapez N pour Non, puis appuyez sur n’importe quelle touche pour fermer l’outil.
**** Redémarrez l’ordinateur ****
Installer Citrix Receiver
Naviguez jusqu’au site Web JUSaccès. https://jusacces.justice.gc.ca Cliquez sur l’icône Aide. Cliquez sur l’en-tête Logiciel Citrix. Cliquez sur le lien Citrix Receiver 4.3 (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10).
Sélectionnez Run.
Une fois le téléchargement terminé, l’application est exécutée. Cliquez sur Start.
Acceptez le contrat de licence et cliquez sur Next.
Cliquez sur le bouton Next. Ne sélectionnez pas l’option Enable single sign-on.
Sélectionnez No Thanks, puis cliquez sur Install. L’installation prendra quelques minutes.
Une fois l’installation terminée, cliquez sur Finish. Le cas échéant, refusez de faire partie du programme d’expérience client : sélectionnez No Thanks.
L’icône Citrix Receiver devrait se trouver dans la barre d’état système à côté de l’horloge (logiciel installé et exécuté). Naviguez jusqu’au site Web JUSaccès. https://jusaccess.justice.gc.ca Connectez-vous au portail Web JUSaccès pour accéder aux applications.
