The Decoflex™ FD18 Surface System is IAAF Certified and is suited for the highest standards of top level International competition. The full depth polyurethane base layer provides optimum force reduction and once laid forms an impermeable shock absorbing cushion. Colored EPDM Rubber Granules are broadcast on to the top layer to ensure minimum slip resistance and maximum traction. The whole system is finished with the application of an encapsulating aliphatic polyurethane top coat that assures supreme UV light resistance and extra durability.

The Decoflex™ SW14 Surface System is an IAAF certified, durable, all-weather sandwich system that meets and exceeds International competition requirements. The two-layer system features a prefabricated base mat, manufactured to exacting standards that is sealed with a pore polyurethane sealer and finished with a seamless colored polyurethane wear coat which is broadcast with colored EPDM granules. The Decoflex™ SW14 Surface System has achieved both IAAF Class 1 and IAAF Class 2 standard installations.

The Decoflex™ T14 Surface System is an IAAF certified, durable, all-weather spray coated system that meets and exceeds International competition requirements. The system features a prefabricated base mat, manufactured to exacting standards that is sealed with a pore polyurethane sealer and finished with a seamless colored polyurethane spray coating. The result is a cost effective, durable track surface that will last for many years.

These samples are meant to give you a first impression of colors and materials. Experience has shown, however, that printed versions of colors cannot in all cases faithfully reproduce the color appearance of the originals. We therefore recommend that you consult your Rephouse partner on your preferred color choices, who will be happy to show you original samples and assist you.

Your Rephouse track is the product of a comprehensive recycling concept. But what exactly does that mean in practice? It means that all the requirements of recycling are taken into account from the start, in the initial development of the track. One example is careful material selection designed to preserve resources and to ensure efficient recycling compatible with the environment. Each Rephouse floor is designed and built for simple economic recycling after its long running life. Since 1990, we have been collecting the know-how required for this purpose, focusing on improving the high standards of quality, performance and environmental care we are known for.
