General Overview

On the 5th

October 2012 at the request of Slattery Actions Newcastle Hazelwood

Marine Pty Limited did attend Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club and carried out a

condition inspection in water only on 15mtr fibreglass custom built Flybridge

Catamaran. Registration number 22717.

This vessel was professionally built by Adventure Plastics at Tomago NSW with the

fitout and services installation carried out by Greg Pont Marine at Lemon Tree

Passage.

The vessel was built in survey and has operated as a charter/whale watch vessel since

it was launched in 2007. It has been well constructed. The fitments and fitout are good

quality and generally the vessel is in good condition for the length of time in its

present occupation.

Both hulls have generous double accommodation with their own ensuite. Both hulls

have a galley area with the starboard hull having cooking facilities.

The engine compartments for the two Steyr diesel engines are well laid out and the

services for the vessel including a complete set of new marine batteries are well

installed and accessible.

The Alspar installed rigging is five years old the chain plates are secure. There is a

furling head sail and lazy jacks for the battened main.

The vessel is sailed and driven from the top flybridge area only.
