SITE STATUS REPORTON
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
As per site observation on date 30th August-2012 and the
points
raised by M/s. AASTHA during their visit on 7thJuly-2012;
following
points are noticed----
1. Platform for Screen Chamber and Oil & Grease Trap :
As per drawing, M/s. AASTHA doesnt have given any clear
detail regarding the Platform i.e. Finish Level of Platform
& Type
of Platform ( RCC or Structural)
M/s. KJS Site In-charge also not cleared about the same,
weather it is RCC work or structural.
2. Cut Out of Screen Chamber :
As per M/s. PETRON, the detailed drawing issued them late on
04.04.12, and now there are-----
No provision of supply of electrical power to run the
cutting machine,
The Screen Chamber is now full of water that needed to
be removed first.
3. Inlet Pipe to Screen Chamber is small & needed to change
:
There is no clear detail in the drawing about the size of
Inlet
Pipe, and
M/s. PETRON has provided 150NB pipe that is now needed to
replace.

4. Brick Work for Sludge Drying Bed :
Brick Work is not scope of M/s. PETRON,
At present the work is completed by M/s. KJS.
5. Completion of Panel Room :
The frame work (RCC activities only) already completed by
M/s. PETRON, and balance activities are not in M/s.
PETRONs scope i.e. brick work & carpentry activities.
Present status towards the completion of Panel Room
Plastering Work for Brick Wall in progress by KJS
labour,
Preparation for Flooring work in progress, and
There is no work for fixing Window and Doors.
6. Cut Out of Wall between O & G Trap and Equalization Tank
is not
Ok.
The cut out is not done due to late receipt of drawing and
the
wall is casted already without providing any cut out.
M/s. PETRON is ready to make cut out as per the need but
presently ----
No power supply at the spot to run cutting machine,
The tanks are full of water that should be removed first.
7. Hand Rail work for all Tanks and Staircases :
The work is not scope of M/s. PETRON
8. Sludge Recirculation Line :
The work is not scope of M/s. PETRON
The work need to be finalized.
