• PowerSchool Start Page main menu
• Click ReportWorksor
• Click Reports > Setup > ReportWorks

1. Open ReportWorks
2. Log on with your username and password
3. Choose Project based on a template

Labels are Easy with ReportWorks
• Label sizes are already defined
• Much easier to add your own logo
• Preview the labels before printing or saving
Creating Labels
Give your report a title
Select the data objects
Drag the “Student” object to the layout
Choose the Label Type
Arrange the data
Start a new Project from Scratch

1. Drag and drop the PDF into the Layout
2. Use the Page Inspector to create a new layer
3. Put the data in one layer, the PDF in the other
4. Lock the PDF layer
Creating a Form Letter from Scratch
Select the data set
Choose Table as the type
Change the table to have only one row, and enlarge the body to cover most of the page
Change the Grouping so that there's only one student per page
Use the Text Inspector to add the form letter text to the field
Drag & Drop Data Objects
