    MaterialsFour years old trees from four accessions i.e.Lampung, Banten, West Java and Central Java

    1. SP-intra: self-pollinated with pollen from the same

    inflorescence

    Conclusion

    1.The highest reproductive success was from WestJava of 0.73 and the lowest from Banten of

    0.53.

    2.Jatropha is partly self-incompatible with index ofself-incompatibility of 0.98

    3.Pollen source did not affect fruit set and seed setbut seed germination and speed of germination
