RESOLUTION NO. 2012- 11 - 098

A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE AWARD OF PROJECTS TO THE LONE CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BIDDERS

WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Benguet advertised the Invitation to Bid for the project and posted in the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), Benguet website(www.benguet.gov.ph), designated areas at the Provincial Capitol Lobby, and at the Office of the Provincial Engineer for the period from November 02, 2012 – November 08, 2012.

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, interested bidders for the projects bought and filed their bid documents, hence, participated in the bidding;

WHEREAS, after the opening of bids, an evaluation was conducted by the Technical Working Group (TWG) and after post qualification by the BAC of the results, 2 projects were recommended for award to the lone calculated responsive bidders as follows:

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward this resolution to Honorable Nestor B. Fongwan, Provincial Governor for his approval. Let copies hereof be furnished to the Provincial Budget Office, Provincial Accounting Office, Provincial Treasury Office and the Provincial Auditors Office for their ready reference and file. Likewise a copy, be furnished to the Provincial Engineering Office for their further appropriate action and implementation.
