CONFERENCE OF DIVISION HRD PERSONNEL, AND PLANNING FOR THEUPCOMING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (L AND D) ACTIVITIES

To Schools Division Superintendents/OICs

1. This Office through the Human Resource and Development Division (HRDD) will

conduct the Conference of Division HRD Personnel, and Planning for the Upcoming

Learning and Development Activities on September 13-14, 2018 at the DepEd AppliedNutrition Center (ANC), Banilad, Cebu City.

2. The abovementioned activity aims to:

a. finalize the Training Implementation Plan of the following:i. Enhancement Training Program for Region 7 Potential Leaders;ii. School Heads' Development Program (SHOP): Foundation Course;iii. Training of Teachers on K to 10 Critical Content;iv. Orientation-Workshop on the Teacher Induction Program (TIP); andv. Other L & D Activities.

b. discuss the mechanics of the upcoming L and D activities;c. revisit the Contextualized Policy/Guidelines on Rewards and Recognition (RO7's

Pasidungog); andd. discuss the requirements and processes to be undertaken in the conduct of L and D

activities.

3. The participants of the said activity are the HRD SEPSs and EPSs II of the nineteen (19)Schools Divisions, and selected NEAP R Learning Facilitators (LFs). Refer to the attached Listof Participants.

4. The participants are required to the following:a. laptop;b. pocket wifi (if available); andc. List of the 2017 NQESH Passers, and List of Potential Leaders using the

templates below.
