around 25000 (approx.). The documents
pertaining to the accounts (Proof of Identity

9 Performance: Bidder/SI has to ensure proper
sizing of hardware based on the volume
provided on this RFP and in no case it should be
undersized or oversized. Sizing of the hardware
has to be done in such a way that the average
daily (8 am to 8 pm) CPU and Memory
utilization does not exceed 70%. In case it
exceeds, an amount of Rs.2,000/- for each such
occasion would be levied as penalty.

The Bank expects an uptime of 99.5% for the
complete solution on monthly basis. In case the
uptime is not maintained with the uptime as
stipulated, Bank shall charge the penalties as

19 20 15. Location to be covered: The application being procured will be installed
at Data Center in Mumbai and Disaster
Recovery (DR) Site, Bengaluru. Application

CDSL. However, the Bank reserves the right to
change locations/add new locations as per
Bank’s requirement. Web based applications
should be available at the branches of Bank of
India and its sponsored RRBs and other
locations as mentioned in this RFP.

13 Scope of work
Bidders have to ensure that the proposed
solution should comply with the latest CKYCR
guidelines 2016 including amendments. Bidder
has to carry out customization changes in
software in case of regulatory requirements, in
future, at no extra cost to the Bank. The CKYCR
has to be implemented in Bank of India
branches, RRBs, its subsidiaries, NSDL, CDSL.
After Go Live any customization will be
charged. As per RFP
