    REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-IMMIGRANT VISA* (as of 01 January 2010)

    y Passport (must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the applicant's stay in thePhilippines);

    y Two (2) photocopies of applicants passport showing personal details and passportvalidity;

    y Duly accomplished Visa Application Form (FA Form No. 2) and one (1) machine copythereof;

    y Two (2) colored photographs ( 2 x 2) with plain background);*all supporting documents must be submitted in two (3 sets) each with one (1)

    original and two (2) photocopies

    y Request letter from the sponsor/employer (detailing applicants i.e. rank/position,salary and purpose of travel to the Philippines);

    y Photocopy ofResidence Permit in Saudi Arabiay P

    hotocopy of Saudi Exit and Re-entry visa;y Return ticket/Airline computer printouts of the applicant's flight details (must

    indicate destination after visiting the Philippines);

    y Confirmed hotel booking or notarized Letter of Invitation/Affidavit of the sponsor inthe Philippines;

    y Personal appearance (upon request of the Consular Officer); andy For minor applicant and those foreigners married to Filipinos:

    o Original and Photocopy of Marriage Contract of parents,o Photocopy of parents passports,o Letter of consent of father, if father is not traveling with minor,o Other supporting documents as may be required by the Consular

    Officer after evaluation of the application.

    y For labor recruiters:o Letter of Invitation from inviting/host company or sponsor in the

    Philippines,

    o Photocopy of Demand Letter stating the number of workers to behired, their positions and salaries, etc. verified by the Office of the

    Labor Attache/Officer (POLO).

    y For non-working applicants or student applicants must present a notarized Letter ofSponsorship and Letter of No Objection from their respecti ve Consulate

    y Payment of prescribed Visa Fees:o SR 100.00 (NOTARIAL FEE)o SR 120.00 /* SR 160.00 (SINGLE ENTRY/3 MONTHS VALIDITY)o SR 240.00 /* SR 360.00 (MULTIPLE ENTRY/6 MONTHS VALIDITY)

    o SR 360.00 /* SR 480.00 (MULTIPLE ENTRY 1 YEAR VALIDITY)y Duration: three (3) working day after submission of complete supporting

    documents/upon completion of requirements & documents

    Notes:

    Foreigners may come for pleasure (as tourists, or to visit relatives or friends or for

    recreation and amusement purposes) or for business (of commercial, industrial or

    professional character.)

    Nationals from the following countries have to wait five (5) working days before the release

    of their visas: Algeria, Iran, Kyrgystan, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria,

    Yemen, Bangladesh, Jordan, Libya, Tajikistan, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Turkmenistan.

    Sudanese and Syrian nationals must present a "Letter of No Objection" from their respective

    embassies.

    Applicants who hold TRAVEL DOCUMENTS have to wait approval (C learance) from Manila

    before the issuance of their visas.

    *Filing of visa applications is from 9:00a.m. to 12:00 noon from Saturdays to Wednesdays

    only; releasing if from 1:00 p.m. to3:00 p.m. only

    *The issuance of visa is subject to the approval of the V isa Officer.

    *The issuance of visa by the Consulate is NOT A GUARANTEE that the holder will be

    admitted into the Philippines. Admission of aliens is a function of the PhilippineImmigration authorities at the point of entry. Hence, they have the FINAL DECISION on

    whether to admit a foreigner intending to enter the Philippines.
