transactional timeframe for all European credit card processors from 3 to 2 days, achieving competitive advantage without financial risks. Managed financial and technical resources analyzing processing lifecycle and determining best practices to meet goal and stayed within the planned budget of $250,000.

▪ Project role in converting merchants into Edge enterprise platform to support the disbandment of joint venture between First Data and Paymentech. Coordinated User Acceptance Testing operations, and was an integral member of Command Center Team charged with monitoring testing functions for the cut-over of the first merchants onto the new platform.

sites to automatically identify and prevent the processing of transactions from individuals included on the OFAC list, fraudulent identified credit cards, and specific countries, eliminating potential losses while providing a source of new revenue for Chase Paymentech. This project came in on time.

▪ Spearheaded the build out of separate Visa Center Identification BIN (CIB) database, transactional platform and transmission line for all transactions from Europe and Canada, increasing redundancy and business continuity, improving response time, and providing the enhanced means to identify and resolve root causes of issues.

▪ Directed the design of Public Key Infrastructure environment for financial reporting system, strengthening the security and confidentiality of reports submitted to merchant accounts. It involved working in collaboration with vendors and our own development group to purchase and configure the needed hardware for this project. The project budget was $200k for hardware alone and a overall budget to include the consultants and software development of $500k.

COCA-COLA OF NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND Bedford, NH 1997 to 2007

Originally brought in as a IS Project Coordinator to oversee the modernization and management of environment to enhance the delivery of services and ensure optimal integration and information access for more than 1,000 users. Chosen as IS Project Coordinator / Manager to lead the build out and management of wireless environments to enhance data access for sales and service personnel throughout New England.

Scope of accountability spanned technology needs assessments and solutions, service development and rollout, team leadership, budget monitoring, project planning and tracking, asset management, contract negotiations, and customer and partner relationship management. Full responsibility for designing, implementing, managing, and expanding multi-platform wired and wireless LAN/ WAN environments supporting more than 1,000 users across multiple remote locations, including backup / recovery, security, and access management. Oversaw the analysis, recommendation, implementation, and support of infrastructure and desktop computing environments, systems, and tools to meet evolving business needs. Managed all aspects of technology deployment, upgrade, and conversion projects; delivered status reports to management; and resolve all issues. Handled Supermarket Sales in my final year with the company.Projects that I completed▪ Managed the selection, implementation, and budget creation of hand-held devices and

associated software to distribution centers, reducing overall costs by 30% by automating and integrating inventory management, distribution, and invoicing operations.
