PROJECTS:

1) Design and simulation of 3.5 GHz MMIC power amplifier using GaAs technology.

Description: By using Advanced Design System software, this project was designed. The main application of this project is to provide high power at transmitter in wireless applications like WiMax technology.

2) Stability improvement using resistive loading in broadband amplifier.Description: The problem of any transistor amplifier is not stable; the resistive loading technique is used to make the transistor stable. This is done by using Advanced Design System software.

3) Implementation of M-ary PSK using MATLAB.Description: From this project I can conclude that, OPSK system transmits more bits using less bandwidth with minimum BER. OPSK with higher SNR can be used with EDGE technology to provide much higher data rate rather than GSM using the same spectrum.

4) Travel time prediction under heterogeneous traffic conditions using GPS data from buses.

Description: The scope of this project is to use global positioning system data collected from public transportation buses travelling on urban roadways in the city of Chennai, India, to predict travel times under heterogeneous traffic conditions using an algorithm.

5) Smart solar tracking system for optimal power generation.Description: The objective of this project is to develop an embedded system which will track the sun for maximizing the energy generated from a solar panel of the satellite.
