Montreal is a multilingual metropolis with a population of over 3 million. Often called the world’s largest French-speaking city, Montreal also boasts an English-speaking population of over 400,000. The language of instruction at McGill is English, though students are off ered many opportunities to learn the French language.

Built in 1909, the Strathcona Anatomy and Dentistry build-ing is, inside and out, one of McGill’s most beautiful struc-tures, as well as home to the Faculty of Dentistry.
