The Ashai Tower rooftop is distinctively located on the Podium level and is designed for recreation catering to the needs of residents.

The Podium will feature a swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing lounge with shaded seating areas. Great attention has been given to family living area for a warm and inviting space, an environment that has been created to host a perfect gather. Tony Ashai’s colourful and sundry background has had a significant impact on his elegant design style. A Kashmir native, Tony took architecture and space planning to a whole different level.

At the age of 16, Tony started his journey in to architecture at the acclaimed French modernist school founded by Le Corbusier. The ultra-modern environment of the progressive architecture school was a sharp contrast to the medieval town in which he grew up. Upon graduation, Tony travelled to Buffalo, New York. Tony started his first year in the U.S.A. with a feasibility study on the development of downtown Buffalo, while working on his Masters Degree in Architecture at the State University of New York. Following his graduation in 1986, Tony spent six months in Europe studying human behaviour in urban spaces, the scale and volume of urban space, and its relationship to human psychology. This is where he took his passion up a notch and started mastering the art of space planning to suit the needs of people who would live in his masterpieces.
