The sentiments shared in the quotes above might seem ordinary to most of us, but for people with extremely complex and challenging life situations, they represent the extraordinary reality of a dream come true.

Persons we support in our Residential Program are integrally involved in deciding how and where they live so they can achieve their own vision of successful living. Our person-directed approach allows those we support to make their own decisions through a partnership with InVision’s Direct Support Professionals.

Paying attention to the important details with the people we serve helps them to live a meaningful life on their own terms. Customizing a person’s environment through accommodations such as modified lighting, security, colors, fixtures, and furnishings are just a few of the ways we go out of our way to ensure each person’s personality and needs shine through in every detail of their life.

Goals of the Residential Program

OUR CORE VALUES1. All human beings are treated with

dignity and respect.

2. We are determined to act with integrity, knowing that doing so often requires courage and tenacity.

3. We choose innovation over convention.

4. We take risks, learn from the outcomes, and use that knowledge as an impetus for improvement.

• Empower the persons we serve to live the kind of life they find meaningful and enjoyable

• Connect the persons we serve to and in their community

• Deliver flexible supports that change as the needs of the persons we serve change

• Create homes that offer privacy and security in an environment that matches the needs, interests, and preferences of each person we support

• Select and train each Direct Support Professional according to the needs and desires of the persons they serve

• Instill in every person we serve a sense of independence and empowerment

• Support the long-term goals of every person we serve
