Toner CartridgesCommodity Revenue

• At the £285 per tonne, this would achieve an overall potential rebate of approximately £64,900 per annum, against the current rebate of £6,500 per annum.

• Total benefit of £58,500 per annum.

Multiple Polymer Streams of Opportunity There are a number key materials that if reprocessed at site will return a much greater financial yield than currently being achieved.

– Currently a large number of materials are being segregated by the team at Telford. These generate approximately £30 per tonne in rebate. The costly and time consuming element is the separation, which gives the recycler a ready made commodity to add value through granulation. We have identified 113 tonnes of material (with the opportunity to increase), which can be reprocessed on site.

– Flawed toners, currently baled and sent back to the supplier for £25 per tonne rebate. There is currently 88 tonnes of material being returned to the supplier per annum. There is a secondary opportunity in relation to this commodity. If the material is no longer baled and directly processed through a on site granulator, the baler (Ricoh Asset) is released from its current assignment. There is also currently 19 tonnes of preforms and 7 tonnes of granulate sent for rebate per annum.

Panacea and their partners have a achieved a commodity rebate of £285 per tonne. This rate is currently low due to the reduced price of oil, which has reduced the commodity value by over 30% of rates in 2014.

• Based on an exchange rate of 1 EUR = 0.73 GBP

• Dec 15 = Potential Rate of £330 P/T

• Nov 15 = Potential Rate of £340 P/T

• Oct 15 = Potential Rate of £260 P/T

• Sept 15 = Potential Rate of £280 P/T

• The average of the period Jan-Dec 2015 being £294.43 P/T

• With November and December show gains of 13% and 17% respectively on the 2015 average

PET Regrind and Flake Prices over the Previous 12 Months:

The price of regrind PET has been increasing since the start of 2015. This has been rising very steadily and demonstrates that the market is recovering. The current price of £285 P/T is more than achievable and will be bettered as the market is further strengthened into 2016

Toner CartridgesCommodity Revenue

• Baled PET Bottles (£25 rebate P/T)

• Granules (£35 rebate P/T)• Preforms (£35 rebate P/T)• Estimated 115 tonnes of

material in 2015• PS, HDPE, PP, PE, PC (£30

rebate P/T)• This is currently separated

but not granulated into bulk bags

• Estimated 113 tonnes of material in 2015

Clean granulated PET and Mixed PolymersCurrent price £285 per tonne

Additional Revenue Opportunity as a consequence of this plant

The baler used for the PET bottles can used for the Cardboard. Releasing the revenue lost in exchange for FOC use & also the high maintenance (£7500pa)
