Day 1

The lecture portion will begin with a discussion of the “Pathway to Intended Violence” with a historical review of school shooters in the United States and a perspective on what each of those incidents have in common from an operational and behavioral standpoint. Day 2

The practical portion will consist of an intense team-oriented, scenario-driven exercise based on an actual event. Up to 6 teams of 4-10 persons will participate in a non-evaluated exercise. Attendees may participate with their own team, form an ad hoc team, participate as a facilitator or observe.

Expendable supplies will be provided. Equipment available upon request.
